Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns or exchanges will be accepted if we have made a mistake or the item is defective. Please contact the shop owner asap to discuss your options. We are here to help! Your satisfaction is our #1 concern.
Payment
We accept Paypal and payments through Etsy. Orders are shipped after payment has been received. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days once payment has been received. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that orders received on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.

Orders are shipped USPS and any overage paid in shipping will be refunded to the customer.

International orders may take 1-6 weeks for total shipping time. If you have not received your item after 6 weeks please send us a message and we will further investigate.

International orders may be subject to a customs tax. That is the buyers responsibility. Be sure to look up your country's rules regarding the tax so that you are prepared.
