Custom and personalized orders
I do not accept orders for custom face masks or enamel pins.
Custom color-adjusted versions of keychains or pillow cases I already have can be arranged for an additional fee.
Custom keychains or pillow cases may be accepted, but will incur an additional commission payment for creating new artwork. In addition, I am rarely open for commissions as going to conventions is my full-time job and I don't often have a lot of free time, so be sure to follow my social media (twitter) if you'd like to get updates on that.
Item hasn't arrived?
A package may occasionally get delayed, I ask that you be patient with receiving a shipped item if you haven't paid for priority mail. If it has not shown up 3 weeks after it's estimated delivery date I can offer you a refund or replacement if available.
