[Baked Goods]
Our baked goods freeze well as long as you double zip-lock bag it in the freezer. They can be good for up to 6 months. We will also be listing the ingredients with our products.

We can also be contacted through our email but please expect a reply within 3-5 business days. We are closed Sundays. Our phone number is located on the back of our business card with your order. [Custom Design Process]
While we can make custom designs, the design process cannot be rushed due to the nature of the process. A well-designed item takes longer and rushing it will give you a lower-quality product. Sketching can take an hour to several hours and it's not magic. digitizing the image can take several hours and critiquing and revising a product can also take longer. Design isn't just a few clicks of a button and the design is complete. A beautifully designed logo or design usually doesn't happen in an hour and takes careful planning. If you want to rush the designer, you will get a rushed project and the details you were hoping for will not be there.

[Damaged Packages]
If your package has been damaged during transit, please file a claim through the USPS website or your local postal site. From here, they can give you a refund for your damaged item. All damaged items will be filed through USPS. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

We can replace uncustomized damaged items. Custom orders are eligible for a 50% refund.

[Exchanges]
If there was a mistake with your order, please send back the item. and we can exchange it. We cannot do exchanges for customized products.

[Forgot Items]
Forgotten items mentioned after the order will still need to be accounted for and will be added as an additional custom listing if the item was included in the order (exceptions are items already included in the original price, such as keychains for photo album orders). They will not be discounted or given for free. Forgotten items that are not paid for by the expected delivery date will not be included in your order. You can still purchase loose items separately even after you receive your order.

[Holiday Seasons]
Christmas is one of our busiest seasons. Your package arrival time may be later than expected. Please expect delays.

[Hotels]
If you mail a package to a hotel, please don't put your own name as the recipient if you are mailing to someone else. Names must match their attendant list or the package will be rejected and sent back. We prefer to send packages to a permanent address or the package will be declined and sent back to our facility.

[Lost or Stolen Packages]
If your package has been lost in the mail, please let us know and also contact your post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package has been claimed as delivered to your doorstep. Once the package has been sent out, we are not in control of what happens to your package, but we are willing to help you locate it. Please watch your tracking number if you have any concerns. [Refuse Service]
Owl Be There reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are disrespectful, send threatening messages, have unreasonable demands (especially after placing an order), and who claim they have no deadline but are rushing the company to solely focus on their projects. If we refuse to serve after an order is placed, you will receive a full refund for your order and the progress will not continue.

[Problems]
If your package has arrived or a problem has occurred, please message us directly and we can try to help solve the problem before you leave a review.

[Returns and Refunds]
We would be happy to give you a refund if you no longer want the item, or the wrong item was ordered and it remains unopened within 14 days of receiving the order. Discounted items WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND OR PARTIAL REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please read the descriptions of items you wish to purchase carefully. Customized items CANNOT BE RETURNED since removing the customization will most likely DAMAGE THE PRODUCT and can no longer be used. Opened perishable items cannot be returned.

[Shipment]
Many of our orders take 7 days to mail out. If you would like it sooner, please let us know and we can see what we can do for you. If you have a deadline you need to meet, ask us before you order and we can see if we can adjust accordingly (For example, If you need 100 items created for you in 2 days, we can't complete the request. If you asked at least a month in advance, the order can be completed, depending what item it is).
We cannot offer refunds after 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be given using the same form of payment.

[VAT/Customs]
If you are not in the United States, you may be required to pay VAT or customs. Customs will not appear in your item total but will appear in your bank account.

Frequently asked questions
How long will my adventure book order take to arrive?

Normally, the order can take 7-14 days to send out, plus the additional 3-Day shipping. The process to make the photo albums takes several days to make and produce a quality book. The average adventure book takes anywhere from 8 - 10 solid hours to complete since there is a lot of binding and sewing involved. Since this is a popular item, multiple orders may lengthen the date to send out but should be no more than 14 days.

Do your baked goods freeze well?

Yes! They need to be properly stored in a freezer container or freezer packaging and are good up to 6 months.

Can you make customized photoshop mock-ups? I don’t see the size I’m looking for.

The short answer is, “yes!” We can certainly do that. Please note that a customized photoshop mock-up will take a while to complete, And may take a few hours to a day or so depending on the business of the store.

Can you make me a custom notebook cover and have it be the same cost of the notebook?

No, the design hours must be accounted for. Depending on the complexity of the cover, it can take anywhere from 3-10+ hours, along with design revisions. The base price for a custom design is $10.00, and you only have to pay once for the design. You can purchase as many notebooks as you would like with your design.

Can I get a discount for picking up locally?

The answer is no.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do in rare circumstances. Just like any other store, the buyer must send back the item in order for the exchange to take place. The exchanged item will be sent to the customer within 1-3 days of mailing out.

Can I get a refund from a customized order?

Because of the nature of the item, we cannot refund the customized order. We cannot resell it or reuse it "as is."

I just placed and order. Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are not provided until the order is ready to ship. That can take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the item.

What rights do I have with the customized artwork you made me?

While we make custom artwork pieces for our customers, there are rights, and limitations for each piece.

The customer can sell these products as they wish and take photos of their products as they wish. The customer cannot use the business’s images unless given prior permission, which will be in writing.

If the customer would like to have the digital file to reprint elsewhere, and to have the rights to the image, each digital file is $40 per design.

No discounts will be handed to those who help to design the image.

Each professional image taken for your product here at the store will cost $10 for social media use.

Mockups can be requested but for $10 a mock-up image.

I got my friend a custom gift and they didn’t like the style. Can I get a refund?

Because of the nature of the item, we cannot give refunds or partial refunds for a custom order.
