Got for my girlfriend as a wrapping up studies gift and they absolutely loved it!! Print is very high quality, has a nice weight to the paper/card, and arrived fairly quickly!

This print is one of my favorite Thanatos illustrations and is absolutely beautiful in person 💕💕 Cat was extremely accommodating when my first order was lost in transit and immediately sent a replacement, and included the cutest note and doodle I’ve ever seen 🥺😭 can’t recommend them enough ✨✨

The badges are amazing, the perfect size and very durable! Literally, the only downside is I now spend more time admiring my carry case than I do actually working.

I always do my best to ensure items arrive safely to their destinations however I absolutely cannot guarantee how individual postal services treat items. In the event of lost/damaged goods please get in touch and I will do my best to replace the order where possible. If an item is damaged please also send me photos of the damage. Each situation is different so I will do my utmost to either get another item to you where possible or a refund.
YOU MUST MESSAGE ME WITHIN 180 DAYS OF THE ITEM BEING POSTED IF IT HAS NOT ARRIVED OR HAS BEEN DAMAGED OR ELSE I CANNOT SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND.
180 days is the cut-off for Etsy refunds and claims via royal mail for lost goods and I cannot help your case thereafter. Thanks for understanding.
Due to the current pandemic it is possible that the postal services are delayed in your country. There is nothing I can personally that do about this and I ask that you be extra patient when waiting for your order to arrive. We can judge on an individual basis if an item should be replaced for an overly elongated wait time, so please message me if you are at all concerned. Thank you!
