It’s wonderfully designed and printed, it feels like a must for any great adventurer! I also couldn’t fault the seller and their services (especially as the unexpected little extras were an added bonus!) I hope to shop here again soon but many thanks in the meantime!

Thank you so much for visiting my store and taking the time to read my shop policies! In the section below, I’ve tried to give you as much information as possible about ordering from me and what to expect. However if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! My Products and Product Photography
Designed, created and printed in the UK, I always aim to give you the highest quality product that I can offer. I care about our lovely planet and wherever possible I will choose eco friendly packaging and materials in an effort to help look after it.
Through each product’s photographs, I’ve tried to accurately represent the physical product. However, please note that colours can vary when viewed on different computer screens and when you hold the print in your hand, there may be some subtle differences. If you have any concerns about this, please review my returns policy before placing your order to ensure you are happy about making your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
I will gladly accept returns for eligible items as long as the following conditions are met; you must notify me that you wish to return your order within 14 days of delivery and the order must be returned to me within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
I must receive the order back in its original, unused condition with no signs of damage. I won’t be responsible for any loss or damage of orders being returned to me. I reserve the right to reject refunds on any items which arrive back harmed as unfortunately this means I will be unable to sell them. Refunds will be processed, minus the original shipping cost, when I have received the order back.
Incorrect Addresses and Cancellations
Please ensure that you have provided me with your full and correct address for delivery at the checkout. The buyer will be responsible for any misdelivered items as the result of a wrongly provided address. If you have wrongly entered your address at checkout, please notify me within 5 hours of purchase or I will be unable to correct your order.
I’m happy to accept cancellations on orders provided the cancellation is requested within 5 hours of purchase. After this time, it is not possible to cancel an order.
Delivery
Products will be dispatched within 3 - 5 business days of payment being received. I will always retain proof of postage.
UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail’s First Class service which aims to deliver in one business day. International deliveries are sent by Royal Mail’s International Standard service which aims to deliver to Europe in 3 - 5 business days and to the rest of the world in 5 - 7 business days.
Whilst I hope that your order reaches you speedily, I thank you for your patience in the case of any delays. I don’t offer tracked postage as standard, however if you would find it reassuring to have your order tracked, please contact me and we can work out a solution.
My Augmented Reality Products and Artivive
Some of my products include a free, augmented reality feature made possible by the Artivive App on compatible devices (please read individual product descriptions for details). Whilst I make use of Artivive’s services and suggest that my customers use their free app, it is the customer’s decision and ultimate responsibility to use this 3rd party software. Whilst my own experiences with Artivive have been purely positive, I do not own or control Artivive and therefore cannot be held responsible for any negative issues that may arise from the customer’s experience with them. I will offer a basic level of written support for anyone struggling to activate the animation, but do not guarantee that this feature will work for all.
Packaging
My A3 prints are placed in a compostable bag and sent in a hard, all board envelope with an extra insert of recycled card for safe delivery. My magnets come with an illustrated backer made of recycled card, are placed in a compostable bag, wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a hard backed envelope. My greetings cards are placed in a clear, compostable bag, wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a hard backed envelope. Please note, my protective compostable bags will last up to 12 months when kept away from humidity and direct sunlight, but may start to break down after this time.
A3 Prints and Frame Advice
My A3 prints are digital reproductions created from original artwork. They are digitally printed on luxurious, high quality paper. Frames are not included with your order. These prints should fit standard UK, A3 frame sizes when gently eased inside. Whilst I can’t be held responsible for any issues with framing, if you have any questions or would like a suggestion for simple, affordable framing options, please do get in touch and I will answer to the best of my ability.
Greetings Cards and Recycled Materials
My greetings cards are digital reproductions of original artwork and printed on recycled card. Whilst I’m pretty sure your friends and family will want to treasure my cards, I appreciate that eco warriors may want to recycle immediately after their birthdays, so I chose to keep my cards as green as possible! Please note that by its nature, recycled card contains small flecks and dots which vary from card to card. Sometimes these little marks will mingle with the artwork, so please take this into account before placing your order and review my returns policy to make sure you’re happy before purchasing.
Christmas Deliveries and Cut Off Dates
The postal service can be much slower than usual during the busy festive season, please keep this in mind. If you are ordering gifts for Christmas in the UK, I advise ordering before the 15th of December. For International Christmas orders please message me so that I can advise you, as delivery cut off times vary depending on where you’re ordering from. If you’re unsure on whether your order will arrive in time for Christmas, please get in touch so that I can advise you. In some circumstances I may be able to offer purchasable delivery upgrades on request. Whilst I hope your order reaches you in good time, I can't be held responsible for Royal Mail’s Christmas postal service and appreciate your patience and understanding in case of delays.
