We've been serving a small community in the Ozarks of Missouri, but recently we have found our way online to sell, and share our magick with the world. Fast shipping, care, and personalized packaging are only the beginning. Dedicated customer service, and for a limited time, we are offering several special sale prices. Note: If you wish for us not to send you any scented items, please indicate as such during checkout, or let us know via pm - as many of our items are scented items, we send out many scented items as free gifts with every order. Quick Tip for Candles: To prevent soot or high flames, make sure to keep your wick trimmed down to less than 1/4", and a great tool to do that with is a set of nail clippers, especially to get into places scissors can't!

Can I have a tarot card or oracle reading sent to me via email as well as Etsy Messages?
Yes! Just send us a message through Etsy with your email address included and let us know to send the reading there, and we can do so!
How new/fresh are your seeds and herbs
All seeds and dried herbs have been harvested within the most recent growing season for maximum freshness and/or germination. Most seeds and herbs have been harvested within 1-4 weeks prior to your order. We do not sell seeds or herbs that are past 6 months old.
Do I really get a free gift?
If you have purchased a shipped item (not digital, or a tarot or oracle reading), then we will include a small free gift/gifts with your shipped order. Free gifts may include but are not limited to, incense, wax melts, teas, seeds, herbs, stickers, crystals, jewelry charms, and more.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes! If there is any way we can help you by customizing or personalizing something for you, please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Wholesale availability
We do not currently have the supplies or room to cater as a wholesale provider to others. Ozark Moons is a very small two-person hobby that has led to us sharing our hobby with others, and we are simply not set up for wholesale production. Each order is carefully made and created for each and every customer, individually, and no two packages will be exactly alike.
On Candle and Wax Melt Colors...
Because we create our wax melts and candles in tiny batches, the tint of the color may vary slightly from batch to batch. But the overall color will remain the same. For example, dark blue will still be a generally darker blue color, and light blue will still be a generally lighter blue, but the tint of the color may vary.
Can I Request A Blend of Different Fragrances For Charcoal Incense Cones, Wax Melts, or Candles?
Yes, absolutely! Just message us with your requested fragrance blend in the message to seller or personalization box at checkout, we will be happy to accommodate you!
Will My Candle or Wax Melts Look Like The Ones in the Product Photos?
Each candle and wax melt we make is individually handmade to order when your order is placed, therefore each is a work of art, and may not look exactly like the product photos, but will still have the same perfect intent for the deity, sabbat, or zodiac sign of your choice. Botanicals may vary by availability but will still be appropriate for the candle or wax melt of your choice. Charms received will vary.
