In the unlikely event of damage in the post, or if you are unhappy for some other reason simply contact me within 3 days of receiving the item, I am happy to replace/repair/ refund once the original item is returned back to me. In the case of lost or unreasonably delayed/late delivery (beyond 21 businesses days) please contact me as soon as possible so I can investigate with my postal provider. Thank you.
