This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, sign up for our mailing list, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com, our landing page, or related sites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy. Information We Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you’re ordering. If you sign up to our mailing list through our landing page, we collect your email address (with your consent) so we can send you promotional codes, launch announcements, product updates, and news about Packo.
Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

Marketing Emails

We retain your email address for as long as you choose to receive our communications. Once you unsubscribe, your information will be removed from our mailing list.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
Email addresses collected for marketing are retained until you unsubscribe.
