This candle smells and looks fantastic! It's in a super chic mason jar which complements just about any decor, and it looks terrific on my bar counter. The seller was very gracious, as well as professional- she kept me updated with the status of my order which is always appreciated. I am really impressed and pleased with my purchase. Try these candles- you'll love them!!

Payment
I currently accept payments via all major credit cards and Paypal.

Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make changes or cancel your order. Once an order ships, it cannot be changed or canceled. Full payment is required to initiate order.

CUSTOM ORDERS: For ALL custom orders, a non-refundable 25% deposit of the quoted price must be received to initiate your order. You are subject to a 30% restocking fee for a canceled custom order. Any changes made during production may require an additional quote, in which case a non-refundable 25% of the newly quoted price must be received. Both the deposit and restocking fee covers materials used to initiate and complete your order. An order cannot be changed or canceled once shipped.
Shipping
Orders are shipped between 3 and 5 business days, Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise noted. Because all products are made with natural ingredients, it is best to ship orders after a few days to allow for a proper curing time and ingredient setting.

****DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS: (MAY 1ST - SEPTEMBER 1ST) Your order will ship out via Priority Mail on Monday and Tuesday only. If you order between Wednesday and Friday, you have the option to pay for 2nd Day or Overnight Delivery. Please contact me for expedited shipping rates. The summer shipping schedule prevents your natural products sitting in delivery trucks and warehouses that heat past 100 degrees, ensuring your product to arrive in excellent condition.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking information via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you are interested in placing an order to be shipped outside of the continental U.S., please email me the city, postal code, country and quantity of products you are interested in. I will then email you a quote within 24 hours.

PAYPAL: My products will be mailed to the address linked to your Paypal account and my shipping prices are based on weight, packaging, packing materials, postage and tracking. If you would like for your package to be mailed to an address different than that featured on Paypal, please email me and I will make the appropriate changes.

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (during the summer month schedule) and USPS Standard Mail (During the remaining months) unless otherwise specified.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept refunds. If you are having any issues with your order, please feel free to email me. I am happy to help you with any troubleshooting, questions or concerns you may have. In the event that your item is lost and confirmed so via the shipping carrier, I will send one replacement free of charge.

In the event that your package is delivered to an undeliverable address, I will refund the cost of your order (excluding shipping costs) once I receive the package back to my location. Please note that Paige’s Perfections™ is NOT responsible for any lost items that have not been confirmed lost by USPS or undeliverable packages that are not returned back to my location.
