Hello, the Painted Cottage specializes in hand painted and new and vintage furniture. We have many more pieces at our studio if you don't see what you are looking for convo us we may have it. Please feel free to ask questions. We try to add more pieces every day.
We do our best to ship within the processing times for the listings. Our pieces are hand brushed which does take extra time. Some of the larger items do take a longer time to package so please be patient as we build custom crates for each piece.This may take a few weeks even if the item is in stock as they are packed in order of purchase. Please contact us with ship times as each piece varies.

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in good condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
If you receive significant damaged item, The Painted Cottage will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Minor paint chips do not qualify as significant damage, touch up paint will be provided upon request.
Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.
If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.
In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it

Large item's shipped by freight carriers are taken off the truck and delivered to your home curbside only. DRIVERS ONLY REMOVE FURNITURE OFF THE TRUCK.
Once your order arrives in your state the shippers will call you to arrange a date and time to deliver your item or items to your home.
If you wish for an inside delivery make sure you specify with us so we can make arrangements for white glove delivery at an extra charge.

LOCAL DELIVERY within 90 miles of Philadelphia is available. Please call for pricing. WE DELIVER TO THE MANHATTAN AREA EVERY OTHER WEEK schedules permitting.
