I'm a fellow jewelry maker who has a penchant for buying loads and loads of beads so I thought - hey - why not open a bead shop? I have over 15 years of customer service experience and the main post office nearby.

My goal is to make Painted Pinochle the most diverse jewelry supply shop on Etsy. This goal may never be fully realised however I'm going to have a lot of fun trying to achieve it!

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're NOT happy with your purchase I will gladly exchange or refund - this is for everything but shipping costs.

You will notice that my shop is only set up to take PayPal payments. If you would like to pay in a way other than PayPal please email me BEFORE you make your purchase.

******PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS ON PAYPAL MATCHES THE BILLING ADDRESS ON THE BANK/CARD ACCOUNT CONNECTED AND THAT PAYPAL HAS CONFIRMED IT.*******

I can ship to a different address if you'd like (I ship to the address supplied by etsy unless told otherwise) but I can only accept payments with confirmed billing addresses (for countries PayPal is set up to confirm addresses from).
Shipping
I pride myself on customer service but I unfortunately cannot personally guarantee the reliability of domestic and foreign postal services. Even with a customs form, uninsured/unregistered/unconfirmed first class international packages are not able to be traced by the USPS. I regrettably cannot be responsible for your order once I have placed it in the hands of the Bellevue Post Office. More than 99% of the orders I have shipped have safely made it to their destination but I cannot be responsible (and will not be giving a refund) for those that do not. It has come to my attention that I need to make the previous statement clear.

If you would like INSURANCE, REGISTERED MAIL, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION or any other tracking services on your package PLEASE EMAIL OR CONVO ME BEFORE you make payment so I can send you an updated invoice. If you have already paid and would like to add a tracking service, please convo or email me ASAP and I'll send you an additional invoice.
