I have several issues with the seller. n nFirst of all, when I purchased the ring, I asked about shipping insurance. For this question, I never received a reply. n nFive days after the purchase, I had to contact the seller, as I had received no notice of shipping or any contact whatsoever. n nIt was then, I finally received a reply. She vaguely asserted the item would be shipped on a Monday or a Wednesday. n nOn a Wednesday evening, she finally responded that it had shipped, but still no shipping information or tracking number. n nYesterday, I asked about shipping information, but received no reply. n nThe ring finally arrived today, 15 days after purchase. A $279 item of jewelry was sent parcel post for $.65, and, to add insult to injury, $1.30 was due in postage before the mail man would give it me. n nThe item was not insured, it was not sent priority mail, and the seller is very slow to communicate. n nI am, quite frankly, dismayed and shocked the item has actually arrived. n nOn a positive note, the item was just as described. n nI will *not* be doing business with this seller again. n n

I ship Globally. Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Items under $100.00 will be shipped first class. If you want insruance on the items, please let me know before checking out.

International orders can be shipped with a variety of options depending on the country of destination and the item(s) ordered. Rates and customs regulations vary from country to country, so please contact me for information before placing your order.

You are responsible for your countries customs. Please do not ask me to falsify the custom document. I will not.

There are some countries that do not allow specific goods, so please ask me if I can ship to you before you purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every attempt has been made to give a complete and accurate description of each item offered for sale. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will gladly be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s) either via Convo or by telephone at (206) 715-8062 to arrange a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped within 7 days of receipt. They must be returned packaged as received in the original packing materials (not exterior mailing materials). You are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

I will not accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt due to breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, or by application of testing acids or attempts to clean the item(s). Partial returns of matching sets or combinations are not acceptable.
A ring that has been sized may not be returned.
Layaway sales are final.

If the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item, less a 5% restocking fee. Outgoing postage and return postage are not refunded
