I want your PaleFireDesign purchase to be the best-made piece of jewelry you own! As a craftsperson, I hold myself to the highest standards of construction, fit and finish. If anything goes wrong with a piece of jewelry you have bought from me, please let me know, and I will make it right for you.

I aim for the highest quality craftsmanship and best customer service possible. If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from me for any reason, just send it back within 5 days of receiving it, and I will gladly refund the purchase price minus shipping or exchange the piece for another item in my store. Of course, if I send you the wrong piece, I will cover all of the shipping costs as well.

I accept Paypal only at this time. You CAN pay with a credit card through Paypal. You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account or log in. Just click on PayPal logo to "pay now"'and complete the transaction at their secured site. It's easy!
Shipping
Your goodies will arrive in a ready-to-gift (even if it's to yourself), organza ribbon-tied box via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you would prefer to "go green" and dispense with the gift box, let me know and I will use only enough bubble wrap (very reusable!) to ensure the item's safe delivery to you. If you need expedited shipping, let me know that in the "Message to Seller" box.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most items can be resized. Earring findings can be switched from French wires to posts or vice versa. Just let me know in the "Message to Seller" box or convo meet to discuss resizing.
