My products are fully guaranteed for quality construction and quality materials. All descriptions and photographs are accurate. A full refund will be given (excluding any shipping costs) on all products returned in original condition. Purchaser must communicate with me regarding any issues with product upon receipt of product, and return must be made within two weeks of receipt of product. If a product is lost in the mail, and after a period of 30 days from shipping the item(s), I will give a full refund or replacement of the items ordered.

I accept pay pal and major credit cards directly through Etsy. Payment must be completed at time of purchase.

I ship through Canada Post (which becomes USPS when it crosses the border). All items are shipped either 'Small Packet' or 'Light Packet'' and take approximately one week to arrive in the U.S. or slightly less to Canadian destinations. If you want insured or tracked parcels please contact me for the rates.

You are responsible for any customs duties that may be applied to your shipment.
