Glad you stopped by my shop. Please feel free to convo or email me with any questions you may have.

My goal is to share a part of my world with you through the eyes of my camera.

I have many loves and my first loves are my Lord and Savior, my dear wonderful husband and my family. Also I have a deep love for photography and capturing that very special moment suspended in time for always.

Here you will find a wide array of fine photo originals that are processed and printed by us here in our studio which is located right beside the beautiful Pamlico River in coastal North Carolina. The closest place, we have found, to heaven on earth.

Returns and exchanges
My hope is that you enjoy the item as much as I do. Every item in my shop is thoroughly inspected for accuracy and is free of defects before it leaves my studio. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will make every effort to resolve the issue. In the event you require a refund you MUST follow the steps as outlined below:

1. You must notify me by email immediately upon receipt of item.
2. You must return the item within 10 days of my shipping date.
3. You will be responsible for return postage.
4. All shipping fees are non refundable.
5. Item must be returned in the condition as it was when it left my studio (MINT condition).
6. Item must be shipped in a manner similar to the way it was shipped to you. For instance, ACEOs must be returned with the original top loader. Prints larger than ACEO size must be returned in the plastic sleeve and a rigid, no bend envelope.
7. If you did not pay for insurance you will assume responsibility for damaged item.
8. No refunds are allowed on original paintings.
I accept payments through PayPal. It does not cost you anything additional to pay through PayPal, so it's free and easy.

Our PayPal business account name is "Moffitt Healthcare". You will see this name if you purchase an item from me. PamlicoBee is a part of Moffitt Healthcare.

At this time I do not accept checks or money orders.

Payment must be completed within three (3) business days of purchase.

If you have any questions about payment, please don't hesitate to convo or email me.
I ship by US Postal Service (USPS).

All prints larger than ACEO size are placed in a plastic sleeve and then shipped in a rigid, no bend envelope or tube mailer.

ACEOs prints are shipped in new, rigid top loaders and then placed in a rigid, no bend envelope. Our top loaders are top of the line, super clear protection sleeves that can be used to protect and display your ACEO cards.

ACEO originals are shipped in a plastic sleeve then placed in a rigid, no bend envelope.

At times I may use recycled/reused materials for packaging.

Insurance is optional and extra should you prefer it. It is available upon request.

Shipping fee includes P&P (Postage and Packaging).

Combined Purchases: On multiple purchases the shipping rate will be lower and should be automatically calculated with your order. If there are any questions about this please email us.

When ordering custom size photos the Shipping fee will vary. Please contact me and I will email you the correct shipping fee for the size print you ordered.

Please allow me several days to process and prepare your package. I will email you prior to shipping your package to you and again when the package is mailed.

At times we are away on business and this will effect the mailing date. If we are away and there is an expected delay in shipping I will always place a "Please Notice" message on my front page in my shop announcements.
Additional policies and FAQs
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. Your images in your shop are low resolution. Are your prints in high resolution?

A. Yes, all of my prints are high resolution.

Q. Are watermarks removed?

A. Yes. Your print will not have a watermark on it.

Q. What kind of environment do you work in?

A. My studio is a smoke-free, pet-free zone. There will not be any noxious odors or fumes on your item.

Q. Why do you take "several days" to "process and prepare" my item?

A. I make every effort to get your item to you as fast as possible. Some items may take a little longer to ship. Prints, for instance, need special handling for a day or so, due to "outgassing" when using the specialized inks I use in my prints. But rest assured that I will ship your item as soon as it's ready. I will email you just before it goes out to let you know it's on its way.

A. At times we are away on business and this will effect the mailing date. I will email you and let you know when you can expect your package to be mailed.

Q. Is you work copyrighted?

A. Full Copyright laws apply. I maintain full copyright on all of the images and prints in this shop. Under no circumstances can my prints be reproduced.

Q. The color on my print is a little different than on the picture in your shop. What's up with that?

A. Image colors can vary somewhat on different monitors, so please allow for some color variation.

Q. What materials do you use in your work?

A. All kinds, depends on the item. Most of what I make are prints, so in this case I use a Canon EOS Digital SLR camera, Epson Stylus Pro 3800 Printer, high quality, 5 star, acid free, archival papers, lightfast inks and for me...lots of cappuccino!

Q. A print I like is not offered in a size I want. Can I get it in a special size?

A. Absolutely! I can produce your print at any size from a small, thumbnail size up to a 17" x 22". Just convo or email me and let me know how I can help.

Q. Are your images your stated paper sizes?

A. Image size can vary a little bit, depending on the exact dimensions of the original. A 5x7 will be as close to that as possible, while retaining the full image. An 8x10 is printed on an 8.5x11 and will be close to, if not exactly, an 8x10. Same for the 13x19 and 17x22. I print the image to take up most of the paper size while leaving a little bit of an edge for matting.

Q. Can I get anything for FREE?

A. With every purchase, you will receive a FREE ACEO print of our choice. The ACEO image will not necessarily be the image of the print you purchased. It's a surprise!

Q. Do you trade?

A. I see that alot of folks do trade but for now I have decided to hold off on that. If you convo me and would like to trade I will keep you in mind if and when I ever decide to give it a try in the future.

Q. What kinds of papers and inks do you use for your prints?

A. I always use the very best, 5 star, acid free, archival papers (usually Luster and Velvet fine art) and lightfast, pigment inks. All top of the line, Epson brand name. I do not use any cheap substitute.

Q. Is all your artwork original?

A. All my photography is original and I produce all my own prints and reproductions using only the highest quality equipment and materials.

Some of my paintings are completely original. Others are what can be called "derivative works", which is my impression or imagination about a picture that already exists in the public domain. In such cases, I put the sentence "The artwork in part is a derivative work based on my interpretation of a public domain image" in the item description.
