About

papel SF

Tiffanie runs papel SF out of her home studio in San Francisco. She has always taken the long way around when it comes to her work process, and has developed a bias towards selecting and designing projects and methods that take a very long time to complete.

Tiffanie is a licensed CA architect and holds a B.Arch from R.P.I. in upstate New York. Her paper (and other) work has been featured most recently at Poppytalk, Design Crush, the Martha Stewart Living Blog, Curbly and Makezine, among others. She teaches classes on paper flower headdress and seasonal egg piñata making throughout the Bay Area, most notably for Martha Stewart Living and at Makeshift Society in San Francisco, as well as online at creativeLIVE. She loves to share her methods with others, and she loves a good stitch and bitch.

Tiffanie also writes corner blog, where she writes about almost everything she does. You can also find her on Instagram as @sfcornerblog.

I am an architect, mother, artist, and performer with a love of all things botanical and floral. I try to make beautiful and interesting things by playing with scale and using repetitive elements, just like nature.
