Payment
PayPay is the preferred payment method. I also accept money orders and bank checks ( sorry, no personal checks) but will not ship the item until the check has cleared. If you need to use another payment method, please 'convo' me to make arrangements prior to the purchase
Shipping
I like to ship my jewelry in small "gift boxes" for both protection and customer convenience.

Shipping is via United States Post Office(USPS) Priority Mail (includes delivery confirmation). International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International. Insurance, upgrades or other shipping methods are available if requested prior to payment. Items are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (excludes Sundays and holidays)

International Shipping...
International customers are responsible for any and all Customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's customs or tax regulations. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
Hopefully you will not be, but if you are not happy with any Paper and Clay Studios item, please return it to us for a prompt refund or repair within 7 days of the shipment receipt date. Items must be returned in original packing and be unused.

I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase.

Refund does not include original shipping and handling charges, or the cost of return shipping.

Please note... custom pieces are not returnable unless damaged upon receipt.

Color Info...
Although I try to accurately portray the true color of the item, due to varying monitor settings on individual computers, art piece image colors may vary from actual color. If you are trying to match a particular color just 'convo' or email me and I will be happy to work with you.

Custom Orders...
I will be happy to work with you on your custom orders to best match your color and style requests. I will email you a pix(s) of the finished item so you can see the piece prior to payment and shipping.
