Everything was handled in a very timely manner, but when I had a question about how to change the font of the cards, I tried to contact the shop twice. Each contact attempt was a week apart, and I still haven't received a response.

These are not user friendly as far as DIY project goes. The template is a pdf file which can only be manipulated in Adobe Acrobat and is put together with layered images making it hard to maneuver. The product is advertised with multiple fonts, however, in order to use them after you download the font, you have to delete the text on the template and create your own. Its quite a process and I regret spending the money on this.

All items will be delivered to you via the contact information and shipping information provided on your Etsy account ONLY. Please do not complete a purchase without updating your information prior to placing your order. It is listed under Etsy's policies that the buyers must provide updated shipping information at the time of purchase. If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to inaccurate shipping information per the Etsy contact information provided, I cannot be held liable. Your order may be delayed up to 10 business days and you will be subject to sur-charges of up to 80% of the original cost.

I cannot be held liable for shipping errors or damages incurred during shipping. All packages will be shipped with proper insurance coverage. All claims must be handled with the post office and the outcome of the claim is at the discretion of the post office.

If your package was confirmed delivered, I cannot be liable if it was not received. Adding insurance or signature confirmation to your order is a good way to protect your package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sensitive situations are rare, but are given full attention if they occur.

*PLEASE NOTE* I am not responsible for ANY errors found in the final piece once the proof has been approved for print - my error or yours. It is the client's responsibility to review the spelling, wording, and ALL information to ensure it is correct before approving it for print. Any changes made after proof approval may be subject to an additional cost to the client of up to 80% of the new total.

For customized stationery that requires proofs, such as wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, labels, or programs, there is a cancellation fee of 25% or $75.00 of your order total, whichever is greater, if you cancel your order after your proofs have been uploaded.

For orders that have custom ordered items such as paper, lace, ribbon, etc.. are only eligible for a partial refund. The cost of the special ordered materials is non-refundable. There is an additional 20% cancellation fee. All other policies apply.

I love to customize designs to your liking, however, once the digital proofs are approved, I cannot refund custom design work once it has been printed. This includes color, font, or element changes made to any design. You may order a mailed proof of your design for $25.00 if you wish to see the printed work before placing a full order.

I do not issue refunds if a package is delivered "too late" or past your deadline if I am working within my posted turnaround times. I also do not issue refunds due to mailing delays. If your order is time sensitive, please contact me prior to placing your order to make sure you will receive your order on time. I do offer rush service with guaranteed delivery dates but ONLY with a rush order and Express Mail shipping.

- Returns are not accepted for custom orders or orders that include personalized text.
- Rush fees are non-refundable.

Orders eligible for a refund must be returned within 30 days by mail. You are responsible for the return shipping. Once I have received the item back, I will issue a refund back to the same account you used at checkout.
