Paper & Parcel wants you to be absolutely ecstatic with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way, please let us know immediately.

If you need to cancel your invitation or stamp order, please let Paper & Parcel know in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are made based on work completed through the date of cancellation. Orders are nonrefundable once they have been sent to production.
Payment is accepted via Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal.

Payment is required at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will be canceled. Purchases with e-check will not be shipped until payment has cleared which is usually 3-5 business days.
Paper & Parcel promises to ship your order to you quickly and make sure it’s packaged to arrive safe and sound.

Our preferred vendor for shipping is the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All orders will be shipped to the address shown in your Etsy account.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (exceptions applying to stamps, reserved listings, and invitation orders).

Estimated delivery times per the United States Postal Service:

USPS First Class Mail:
3-5 business days (no tracking number, not guaranteed)

USPS Priority Mail:
2-3 business days (tracking number, not guaranteed)

USPS Express Mail:
Overnight (tracking number, guaranteed)

USPS First Class International Mail:
10-14 business days but varies according to country (no tracking number, not guaranteed)

USPS Priority International Mail:
6-10 business days (tracking number, not guaranteed)

USPS Express International Mail: 3-5 business days (tracking number, guaranteed)

Order are shipped within the times and service specified in the item’s listing. Paper & Parcel cannot guarantee requests for items to arrive or to be shipped by a particular date made in the notes to the seller at checkout. Depending on the weight of your combined order, your items maybe shipped using an upgraded service.

Paper & Parcel does not ship on US holidays or weekends.

If you need a package shipped sooner than our estimated times, rush delivery, or would like your order shipped via UPS or FedEx, please convo me prior to purchase as additional fees will apply.

If you need an item shipped and delivered to you by a specific date, Paper & Parcel recommends USPS Express Mail as the service is guaranteed. If you choose an alternative shipping option and your item does not arrive as anticipated, Paper & Parcel will not refund your order or the cost of shipping.

If your order includes a tracking number, it will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

All orders shipped within Colorado are charged the appropriate sales tax at the time of purchase.

International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs charges and taxes associated with your purchase. Paper & Parcel will not mark items as gifts on customs forms. Delivery time, customs, and reliability depend on your own country's postal system.

If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery time, please contact me immediately. Orders that are not received due to an incorrect address entered at checkout will incur an additional fee to re-ship them.

What is the difference between flat printing, letterpress, and foil stamping?

I offer three different types of printing: flat printing, letterpress, and foil stamping. I can also mix the printing techniques on the same paper or different printing techniques within an invitation suite.

Flat printing, also sometimes referred to as digital or offset printing, is a printing process where the ink lies flat on the paper. Letterpress is one of the oldest printing techniques and it is a process where the ink is pressed into the paper giving it a bit of a texture. Foil stamping is similar to letterpress, but in place of ink, a piece of foil is used.

What type of paper stock do you use?

All Paper & Parcel's invitations are printed on beautiful, heavy cotton papers.

For flat printing, I use a 118# Cotton Paper in White or Ivory.

Letterpress, foil stamping, or mixed are printed on your choice of a 110# or 220# cotton paper in White, Ivory, or Cream.

I also offer a variety of specialty and colored papers, please contact me for further details.

Is there a minimum number of invitations I have to order?

Yes, here is a list of Paper & Parcel's order minimums per printing technique:
Flat Printing: 25
Letterpress: 25
Foil Stamping: 50
Custom Orders: A fully-custom invitation suite starts at $1,000

Can I order a digital file of your design that I can print myself?

No. Paper & Parcel does not sell printable versions of my invitation designs. I want to ensure that you are receiving the best possible printed versions of the designs, and the only way I can do that is to print the design for you.

Can you design a custom invitation for me?

Yes, absolutely! I’d love to design a custom invitation suite just for you. Please contact me for more details.

Can I customize the ink color(s) or change the fonts?

Yes, you can personalize the ink color(s) with your choice of color(s) from my ink palette.

If you do not see the color(s) you’re looking for, no worries, I can customize an ink color(s) just for you. Please send me a swatch, CMYK value, or number from the Pantone Uncoated Formula Guide of your desired color. Custom color(s) are free for flat printing and $65 per ink for letterpress invitations. Custom color matching is not available for foil stamping.

Yes, you can change the fonts. I have an extensive font collection that you can choose from (I will send you my font list during the design process), or I'd be happy to recommend fonts that work best with your desired design.

What is the turnaround time for invitation orders?

Paper & Parcel goes at your pace. Some couples work with me for months and others voom through the process in a few weeks. I recommend the following while planning your time:

- Start the design process 2-6 months from your desired mailing date. I also encourage you to add additional time if the majority of your guests are out-of-town or you are having a destination wedding.

- The exact design time depends on how quickly we get through the design process -- usually this last about a week.

- Printing and production is about 7-14 business days -- exact production time varies according to the specifications of your order.

- Paper & Parcel prides itself in providing proofs and design changes quickly -- usually within 2-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally and offer international sizing options?

Yes! I love to work with clients from around the world, and I am happy to ship to your destination. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail or FedEx. Shipping fees and delivery time varies per country. Please contact me for more details about international shipping prices.

Yes. Paper & Parcel's paper and envelope dimensions are based on US standards, but I will work with you to make sure that your invitations and stationery meet the postal requirements of your country.
