Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment
I live in the state of Oregon, which does not require sales tax.
Shipping
I ship my products First Class via the US Postal Service and will ship Monday - Friday within one to two business days of your order (unless the order is custom). Orders within the US should arrive within a week of order. International shipments take longer, due to customs clearance. Customs fees, duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like to request extra services with your shipment, such as insurance or delivery confirmation, please let me know.

If requested, you may upgrade to Priority Mail (1-3 days in the US) or Express Mail (overnight to most US locations) for an additional shipping fee.
