Returns and exchange details
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order please get in touch and we'll do all we can to arrange a return, refund or replacement for you. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at your earliest opportunity and we'll take steps forward. For insurance reasons, we will request that you send photos of any damage.

Due to the nature of the items (direct downloads), returns/refunds are not permitted. If you have any issues/concerns with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to help!

This includes credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods where available.
Shipping
Each artwork is made to order and ships via 'Deutsche Post' within 2 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Standard within Germany: 1 - 3 business days
Standard to the EU: 3 - 5 business days
Standard to US: 7 - 14 business days
Standard to other countries: 10 - 15 business days
All prints are sent in protective cardboard envelopes with polybag protection.
Once again if your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering. Additional shipping fees may apply.
We mark all of our international shipments as "Printed Documents" which are typically not subject to any import tax. However in very rare instances additional domestic charges may apply for which the recipient may be liable.
In order to avoid high shipping costs for our customers, shipments do not include a tracking number.
If you would like a tracking number, please choose 'Standard Shipping + Tracking number' as an upgrade at check out.

Instant Download Files:
If you have purchased an Instant Download listing, your files will automatically become available to you under "Your Account > Purchases & Reviews" as soon as Etsy clears your payment.
Printing:
For best color results, we recommend professional printing using your PDF file. Commercial printers like Office Depot, Staples, overnightprints.com(great for announcement cards, recipes, and invites), and FedEx/Kinkos are good options. Local print shops are great too!
