We like making lots of different things, so you can expect a real mix of products, from jewellery to cards, home-ware and clothes - which is why we like to think of Paper-Boat as a jumble sale of handmade goodies!

Accepted payment methods
Please pay for your item(s) within 3 days of checkout. Payment must be received in full before your items will be shipped.
If you wish to cancel a transaction please let us know asap; if your item(s) haven't been shipped, a full refund will be issued, if they have been shipped, a full refund (minus postage) will be issued upon receipt of the item.
All items are sent via Royal Mail.
We aim to post your item(s) within 3 days of receiving payment, except for made to order items - any delays will be communicated clearly to avoid disappointment or confusion.
We do not take any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
