When will I receive my order?
You can see our delivery estimates for each product on the product page.
As a rule of thumb, if the date you need is 3 weeks away or more, we can guarantee a delivery in time.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Our guest books and planners are shipped via FedEx 2-day to the United States addresses. So, you do not need to pay more fore expedited shipping.
For other products, such as vow books, you can upgrade to expedited shipping during the checkout.
Can I pay extra to rush my order?
If your event date is more than 3 weeks away, you do not need to pay for the rush production upgrade.
If you need the book in 2 weeks (10 business days), you can purchase our the rush production upgrade along with the guest book. Here is the listing;

We will double-check to make sure we can deliver it in time, and we will let you know if the date is still too close for delivery even with the rush production upgrade.
Do you send previews for approval before making the product?
Yes, we send previews for guest books and vow books orders.
We do not send previews for planners orders, unless you ask for it or if the design is a custom design.
Can you make a custom guest book / vow book / planner with my design?
Yes, we can make a custom product. You can send us your design or a logo to put on our products.
