If for any reason you have a problem once you receive your Paper Box Quilt Co. pieces please convo me so that I can make the situation right for you. Your satisfaction is my main goal.

I accept Paypal only, for your protection and mine. If you are new to Etsy and need to set up a Paypal account, please contact me on my shop page for instructions on how to get you started.....

NON-PAYMENT:
If you order an item I appreciate payment within 24 hours. I will send at least one friendly reminder. If you can't pay within 3 days of purchasing the item, please contact me to let me know! Failure to pay will result in reporting the non-payment to Etsy in order to be refunded the fees for the transaction and re-list.

I will ship everything via USPS within 48 hours of payment. I try to keep shipping as low as possible. If you would like insurance, delivery confirmation or anything else, please let me know and we can add that into the shipping cost. If you purchase an "already created" piece, I will get it sent out within 2 days. If you purchase a special order, I can give you an idea through convo how long it will take to make and ship.

I am also happy to gift wrap and send to other addresses - just let me know ahead of time!

COMBINED SHIPPING:
I will combine your shipping charges for multiple orders placed on the same day.

PLEASE NOTE: All duties, taxes, and fees added at time of import are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be familiar with your countries dollar limits on duty free purchases.

***The US Post office usually delivers within 2-5 days; International orders may take longer to be shipped and delivered, and occasional delays do happen. If you'd like something sent priority mail or overnight- please contact me via etsy for rates. I'll do my absolute best to accomodate your needs!

**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. In the instance that you need your items shipped to a different address, please convo me immediately to avoid confusion and shipping delays

*Please contact me should there be a problem with your package (ie: lost/late/damaged) and we'll find a solution- don't panic!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I welcome custom orders and reserves. Many of my pieces are made-to-order, allowing me to make custom adjustments for you. Let me know if you'd like an item made in a different color, size, pattern, or if you have any other requests and I will work with you to the best of my ability! I love designing patterns/color combinations and my special boxes and would love to do so just for you! Please feel free to contact me with any ideas or requests you may have. I can often make items similar to those in my "sold" section. (except for the jewelry items. I am no longer designing jewelry) Go ahead & peek in there for more inspiration!

Please note I will only start working on them once payment has been made. They also take a little longer, so your patience is appreciated :)
