Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, there are no refunds on printed, customized, or printable/digital invitations that have been completed and/or sent to the customer. Each case will be reviewed and considered carefully, so please contact us first for any issues with your order so that we can resolve it in an appropriate manner on a case by case basis.

Digital and printable goods are intangible items that unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Regarding Digital Items and Proofing your Invitations:

Digital/printable goods should be printed ONLY after they have been checked and proofed by the customer. Therefore, if one has printed the item(s), then it is indication and fair assumption that the customer has reviewed the files and ok'd for printing. PaperCandee is not responsible for any errors after the proofing process has passed. It is essential for every customer to carefully review the details for your own satisfaction.

Proofing process allows for one edit or change, as long as the change contains the same event date and celebrant. Extra changes to the file are allowed, after the allowed edit, only if the error is due to the designer's mistake.
*Payment must be received PRIOR to your receipt of a proof.

*Custom designs and custom requests are always welcome. Please email me at papercandee [!at] and I would love to accommodate your requests. Please note that there will be a $25 set up fee for each custom design. 'Custom' designs are those that are not already available at the shop and/or designed by PaperCandee.

Custom designs are:
-Changes in overall look, size, and theme of a design
-Changes in greater than 50% of color and graphic content

* There is a FOUR week lead time on most *ASSEMBLED*orders. Please inquire via email or convo whether an order can be done in less time.

*If more photos are needed of certain products, please let me know and I can accommodate your request. :)

*Rush orders are accepted but please first convo me to inquire of schedule availability. Also, a $25 rush order fee will be added to your order total. This will cover expedited shipping fees and any supplies that need to be placed immediately for your rush order.

*Samples are also available! The sample must be purchased through my site, but a special listing is required. Please convo me so a special listing can be made for you. Buyer is also responsible for shipping.

*The Papercandee logo will be on the posterior side of each invitation, no exceptions. Please do not ask me to remove my brand name on my products, as I work very hard to create each and every product. Thank you for understanding.

*Printable products are for personal use only. Under no circumstances are they to be altered or sold for profit. PaperCandee holds the copyright to each finished design.

*PRINTABLE ITEMS* - We are happy to announce the available of printable goods at PaperCandee Shoppe! However, it is very important for all our customers to know that the printable items are not distributed as blank templates, but rather, as ready-for-printing items. Shipping for medium to large orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. All items are sent with delivery confirmation and insurance, which are automatically added and is reflected in the shipping price. This is shop policy and cannot be negotiated.

It is not my practice or interest to make money off of the shipping of your products, so with that said, for smaller orders (i.e., an order of cupcake toppers or party favor tags), or larger orders (party packages that include party hats, banners, signs, etc), you must convo me for your listing so that it will reflect the accurate pricing of your purchase if you choose. This will prevent extra/unnecessary transactions through Paypal for payments made in short or in excess.

Please note that once shipped, the items are in the hands of the postal service. PaperCandee is not liable or responsible for any lost, damaged, or items that have arrived later than the date provided by the USPS.


*Most collections you can find here at PaperCandee are customized. Every file is edited with your custom requests and party information. This does take time to edit. So when purchasing a printable party collection, the main invitation file is sent FIRST.

*After proofing the invitation, the remainder of the party collection can take longer to fulfill.

*Proofing allows for one edit. After one edit, further changes to your file can be made only if the error is due to the designer's mistake. Edits also requires that the celebrant's name stay the same and the date of the celebration remains unchanged.

*Digital files may take between 2-3 business days from the day we receive the complete party information that customers are required to submit in a timely manner (which we realize that in some cases, may not be the date of purchase).

*Wait time of 2-3 business days are *not* a guarantee, as it depends solely on current workload. Please contact us for an estimate time PRIOR to your purchase, and check the shop banner for announcements on lead time.

*Please check with us via convo or email prior to purchasing your files if you are in need of them ASAP, or to receive an estimate time in file delivery. Rush order fees may apply. In some circumstances, your order may also not be accepted (and a full refund given) if we cannot fulfill your order due to overwhelming workload.

*Upon purchasing your digital order, the customer is responsible for emailing the party information as soon as possible. If after 48 hours of purchase, there is delay in delivery of party information by the purchaser to PaperCandee, making it impossible to fulfill your digital order in its absence, the shop and its designers cannot be responsible for any further delay in delivery of your order.

*The wait time of 2-3 business days to receive a file is applicable only from the day we actually receive your party information. This is due to some cases where a listing is purchased for a digital file, and a purchaser may not have the needed party information that is necessary to fulfill your order.

*Files are sent either via email, Dropbox, or other file sharing service. Please double check your junk folder for the Dropbox folder invitation prior to emailing about the files.

*If you have not received your file, please inquire with us so that we can re-send it.

*Furthermore, digital items are intangible goods and therefore, refunds cannot be provided.

*Refunds can only be provided if an item has not been sent or completed. Items that have been completed or sent to the purchaser cannot be provided a refund.

*If there is a problem with your product, or if you've ordered the wrong listing (in example, if you meant to order an assembled, tangible item instead of the digital item), an exchange or shop credit can be provided.
Additional policies and FAQs

-Printables are for personal use only, cannot be shared, copied, reproduced, or be used or printed for your own personal monetary gain in any way, shape or form.. If using items for your baked or edible goods, please let us know - we love seeing our work used in other forms of art!

-The proofing process is very important. No one person is perfect, which is why the proofing process works best when you review the information on the files *PRIOR* to printing. By printing the files, PaperCandee assumes that you have reviewed the files yourself. We cannot be responsible for any errors AFTER you print them, especially *after* you yourself have proofed them.

-After 5 business days, your files will be deleted from our programs and computers. Please ask for edits within 5 business days, otherwise purchasing another file is necessary.

-Printers are all different. The colors may vary from your screen from ours.. PaperCandee cannot be responsible for the difference in printing quality, whether you print it at a professional print shop or use a home printer . If it looks good in the file and the colors appear as they should digitally, but your printer prints the colors "off", PaperCandee cannot be responsible, nor can we offer a refund. We will gladly try to edit the color to assist you in getting the final product to look right, but the customer is limited to one color adjustment, as long as the color adjustment applies to one file. If more than one file needs a color adjustment, a fee of $25 is assessed for an entire collection to be color adjusted/edited.
