The Paper Cupcake offers custom designed printable partyware and other custom paper goods. From party printables for the do-it-yourself individual to full-production services for those who would prefer that someone else take care of the details, we offer an array of options for everyone. We also offer specialty items such as labels including water bottle labels, favor labels and other label and tags for your party and other special needs.

My standard time frame for completing orders is typically 3 business days total turnaround for printable digital design files, however this varies depending on business levels and I will notify you if there is any conflict with specific time requests. On a related note, I can also often times accommodate rush shipments as well, please let me know if you have a special deadline request and I will let you know if it is something I can accommodate for you or not. There will be an additional $10.00 fee for any orders request for rushed processing quicker than the standard 3 business day turnaround. For printed items, turnaround varies depending on my current production schedule and I recommend purchasing any printed items well in advance prior to the date you need them in hand. Please convo me directly if you are on a tight timeline and are ordering any printed items so that I can confirm my availability / ETA on completion and shipping prior to purchasing the listing.

When placing your order, lease also include all pertinent details regarding the design of your printables or labels including names, event type, event date, colors for design, any specific design or theme requests for your design and any other details or requests needed to begin on your design proof and include the details within the notes to seller portion during checkout or feel free to contact me directly via email at thepapercupcake [!at]

I currently only accept PayPal as my preferred payment method.

Payment is requested at the time of purchase. If I have not received payment within 2 days I will cancel the sale and relist the item. Digital design proofs will not be provided if payment has not been made. If you have questions please convo me to discuss further.


{Stock Digital Printable DIY Design Files}

Our collection of stock digital designs including pre-designed stock monograms, printable invitations, labels or other coordinating printable details are sold as-is / as shown in listing description with the exception only to the personalized text / wording. Any custom revisions requested including, but not limited to, changing the colors, orientation of layout, changing typography/font styles, text layout, graphic substitutions or other layout changes will be subject to an additional custom design service fee. These fees will be quoted on an individual basis and will vary according to the specific request and will be assessed for payment in full prior to any design work being commenced. Typically, any customization change design fees begin at $10 per design file.

Stock digital printable design files will be sent to the customer via email within 3 business days after the payment has been submitted. Rush design services are often available, please convo. me in advance to request any rush orders and to confirm availability. An additional fee of $10 per item will be assessed if you need your design files before the end of the 3 business days allotted for production of your design. Please kindly note that all production times are co-dependent upon client correspondence and responding to all emails and Etsy convos in a timely manner, otherwise any delays in communication will result in a delay of your proof(s) being sent. Subsequent proofs will be sent within 2-3 business days thereafter.

All shipping quotes are for USPS Priority Mail, if you prefer a different method let me know and I will provide you with a new shipping quote accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our items, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Our items are custom designed and crafted and as a result, we do not offer refunds on any items unless an error has been made on our account and said refund would be agreed upon after other alternative methods have been pursued to remedy any concern. In these instances, I will offer to reprint and reship at my cost if your item was misprinted and if that is not a viable option, then a refund will only be given if the purchase is shipped back to me at your cost and is undamaged / complete. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase please convo me immediately before leaving negative feedback in order to discuss possible solutions for any complaint regarding the product received. I strive to make all of my customers happy and would love to speak to you if you are not completely satisfied with your order. All sales are otherwise final, and deposits are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been submitted. Once an order has been placed, you have purchased a listing with our policies clearly outlined within the listing and it is assumed that you have read and agreed to said policies within the listing details and our shop policies section.
