Shop policies

For your convenience, all items for sale in my shop have been made and are ready to ship! Each item is unique and one-of-a-kind, meaning there are no two alike! If you see something you want that has already been sold, let me know about it and I can do my best to create something close to it, although some items are limited editions!

Accepted payment methods

Shipping
After you purchase an item in my shop, I will contact you to confirm the shipping details and let you know the date your order will ship.

PLEASE NOTE: If your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses are different, be sure to let me know which address you would like me to use.

I ship USPS first class mail. For items being shipped to the United States it generally takes about 3-4 business days to arrive after it's been shipped. Although it can take longer. If you prefer a different shipping method, let me know and we can work it out. I include tracking on all US orders.

For international shipments, it will generally take 7–15 business days to arrive after it's been shipped, depending on the country. Sometimes it will arrive sooner than that and sometimes it will arrive later. It depends on each country. Unfortunately there is no tracking for international shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is any problem at all, please let me know! It is extremely important to me that every single customer is 100% satisfied! We can work it out to find the best solution whether it is an exchange or a refund or something else. I really do want you to be happy!

I encourage custom orders! If you'd like several of one kind of item for gifts or favors or something else, let me know! I'm happy to work with you!
