At Paper Flower Girl the main goal is to make our customers happy. We want every purchase to be a delightful package that will be unwrapped with excitement and joy.

We use high quality materials and deliver high quality products. We try to incorporate as much vintage and recycled materials in our products as possible, because we believe in recycling as a way of helping mother nature. Also we think the aged look of vintage materials adds character to our designs.

All items are created in the inspiring environment of the nearly intact 19th and early 20th century quarter of Gent, Belgium. Our studio is based on the third floor of a hundred year old house and is smoke and pet free.

We will combine shipping on multiple items you buy at my shop. Please email and I'll let you know the combined shipping rate.

Shipping
We cannot be responsible for damaged and/or lost packages. If packages go lost please let me know, so that we can send a complaint to the Belgian Post. They will try to retrieve the package. This procedure can take several months. Please allow 15 office days for an item to reach you before contacting us.
Please contact us for info about insured shipping before you confirm your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
We typically do not accept returns unless item description is grossly misleading. However, we realize that when shopping on the internet, you don't always receive what you expect. We encourage you to contact us with any concerns about your item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase before leaving a negative or neutral feedback. We are interested in working with you to assure your satisfaction.
Otherwise, all sales are final and we will not refund money or accept exchanges for any other reason.
