Payment
We accept payments through PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout.
If you do not have an account setup with PayPal you can pay with your credit or debit card.
All forms of payment must be received and cleared before items are shipped.
Shipping
All the items in our shop are MADE TO ORDER.
Orders will be shipped to the address that shows up on the Etsy invoice, within 3-5 business days after purchase.
Anything returned to us due to an incorrect, outdated, or insufficient address will incur new shipping charges.
Any package lost due to an incorrect, outdated, or insufficient address will not be refunded or reshipped; a new order will have to be submitted.

We ship on business days only.
Our business days are Monday - Friday.

We work on a "first come, first serve" basis; all orders are equally important to us.
We DO NOT take RUSH orders.

We ship standard via USPS First Class mail with a tracking number; we also offer a Priority Shipping upgrade available at checkout.
If the Priority shipping upgrade is purchased, that does not mean that the order will leave our workshop sooner than scheduled; it only means that it will be shipped via Priority Mail instead of First Class mail, thus shortening the postal transit time.

We ship our orders promptly but we have no control over postal transit time. For this reason, we CANNOT give estimates or guarantee delivery dates. The delivery time is entirely up to USPS.
We ship our orders on time but it is the buyer's responsibility to place the order in a timely manner so as to allow time for the order to be processed, made and shipped by us and to be delivered by the postal carrier.


****CUSTOMS FORMS & FEES****

Customs Charges, VAT and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping charges of the item.We complete a customs form when one is required.

**** Shipping stationery *****

Your order will be shipped within 4-6 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (if shipping upgrade is purchased) with a tracking number.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over postal transit time and can not guarantee delivery date.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday

***** Sending PROOFS *****

To keep the process fast and the prices low, we do not send proofs with orders.

Digital proofs of personalized items will be sent UPON REQUEST ONLY within 1-2 business days after the purchase is made, via Etsy convo.
We offer up to 3 proofs free of charge, after which there will be a $2.50 fee/extra proof

Customization for your order begins at the time you send us your information and ends when you submit final approval.
The amount of time it will take us to personalize your stationery depends upon your response time during the proofing process.
We will work with you until you are happy with the way your proof looks and are ready to give us the approval for printing.

***** CANCELLATIONS*****

Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours after the purchase is made
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of the products we sell, refunds or exchanges are NOT accepted unless is it clearly OUR error.

If you asked to see a proof, you are responsible for approving the proofs and for giving the ok for printing! Please make sure to triple check spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar.

Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued based on color.
Computer monitors are not created equal, so your printed stationery may be different than what appears on your monitor. Your printed stationery will be close to the colors shown on our color chart, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary over time and may not match perfectly.

Each item is packed in a cellophane bag and the orders are shipped in padded envelopes.

If there is any problem with your order contact us and we will work with you in finding a way to fix it!

If the package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the seller's responsibility to either replace or refund - proof of damaged package will be required.
Refunds will be issued for the price you paid for the items; shipping costs will not be refunded.
