Frequently asked questions
How long will shipping take?

We ship all items via Australia Post with signature on delivery.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
•Regular ($15): 2-5 business days depending on location.
•Express ($20): Next business day (Capital cities / major centres). Up to 3 days other areas. For an accurate time-frame, please check your postcode with Aus Post: bit.ly/2vLsZeR

INTERNATIONAL:
•Regular ($50): Approximately 1 week (This does not include time spent in customs, please check your country's regulations).
•Express: If you would like to upgrade to express international shipping, please contact us with your post/zip code for a quote.

Do you offer refunds on wedding suites?

Wedding Suites:
A deposit of $150 AUD is needed to begin the design process for wedding suites. This cannot be refunded, as this is the cost for the time we spend creating the proofs. This is deducted from the overall cost of your order.

We ask for the remaining balance once you have approved the final proofs, to begin the printing process. If you do not wish to pay the remainder and would like to cancel your order at this point you can do so, however, the deposit cannot be refunded.

If the printing process has started, no refunds can be given.

Do you offer refunds on other items?

Welcome Signs:
We can offer a refund if your order is cancelled within 24hrs of being placed, provided the design process has not begun. Cancellations after this time will not be accepted.

All other items (excluding wedding suites):
The total cost for all other items needs to be paid at the time of ordering. If you wish to cancel your order before we begin the printing process, 25% is non-refundable as it will be kept as a design fee for the time spent creating your files. The remaining amount can be refunded.

If the printing process has started, no refunds can be given.

Can you use gold foil for your invitations?

We can use 'faux' foil for the invitations by placing an image of foil over the text, which is then printed digitally. This still has a really nice effect and is a much cheaper alternative to real foil. We cannot, however, use real foil on our invitations. We are looking to add this feature to our store in the future, so check back regularly!

Can you make invitations in different languages?

Unfortunately we aren’t able to make the invitations in different languages. Since we can’t read the wording, we would not be able to space the wording out properly to ensure that everything is perfect.

Can you create digital files?

We are no longer offering customised digital files of our invitations. If you would like to use one of our designs, we can take care of the printing for you. Our printed suites are of high-quality with quick turnaround times.

We do not offer any customisations of these, they are only sold as is.

Will you proof read my wording?

We use the wording provided by you. If we notice a spelling error, we will correct it, but we do not proofread your invitations. The spelling is the customer’s responsibility. You have two rounds of revisions to check for any errors. We are not responsible for errors approved by you. Please check your wording carefully before finalising orders. Any errors picked up after the final proof is approved by the customer can be fixed at the customer’s expense.

What are your turn-around times?

Once the order has been paid and wording has been received:
• First Proofs: 5 business days
• Revisions: 3 business days. Two rounds of revisions are included to make changes to your wording, font colours and minor layout changes
