Payment
Payment is accepted through paypal - digital files will be emailed to customers as soon as payment has processed. All items will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

All orders over $100.00 require a 50% deposit at the time order is placed unless specified otherwise.

Printed orders require payment in full at the time order is placed.
Shipping
Shipping is provided via UPS ground - RUSH shipping will be offered for additional fees, please ask for a quote. When your order has been shipped a tracking number will be provided to you at no extra cost.

UPS Ground ships to most of the 50 states within 5-10 business days - CALIFORNIA, will typically receive their shipments within 1-2 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final as all items are custom. Please be careful when you submit final approval. Three proofs are included in each sale, all proofs thereafter are $5 each. If final proof is submitted and an error has been noticed, you will be charged in full for a reprint unless specified otherwise.

Custom Orders -
They are my favorite! All custom orders will start with a price quote, I will try to ask as many questions as possible up front so that this price is your final price, however during the design process sometimes ideas change and additional fees may occur. I do my best to keep clients
updated on these changes, my goal is to provide custom designs at affordable prices. So please don't be afraid to ask what I can do to help cut costs.

Free Digital Samples -
Digital samples are provided with no cost or commitment. Each client is allotted up to 2 Free Digital Samples, to be chosen from items listed in store. Digital samples will be provided in the form of low resolution (72 dpi) pdf or jpeg files. You will be able to view them fully but files will not be print quality. To receive free samples please convo or email your request and information accordingly.

Printed Samples -
I am always happy to provide printed samples for clients. Printed samples come with a small fee, typically $20 per suite. If you decide after receiving the samples that you would like to place a full order, the sample fee deducted from your final order cost. Printed samples will not be personalized.
