Not to brag about but I really never had to refund anything yet. If you do have a problem I will try my best to fix.
Payment
Since all of my items are hand made for each customer I am unable to start your order until payment is received from PayPal, however I can do a personalized digital sample so you can see before you purchase. Also Im happy to provide up to 3 digital proof changes per item , after that additional charges will incur.

If you are ordering more then one item, please convo me before you purchase, I will be happy to combine items and shipping and make you a custom listing.
Shipping
Please see my shop announcement on the front page to see my current lead time. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of when they were ordered.
Orders are ship via USPS Priority with a tracking number and arrive within the US in 2-3 business days.

Please contact me with your deadline details prior to purchasing.

If your party is really soon I can ship Express Mail for an additional fee, but please contact me before your purchase to make sure I do have the time to make, assemble and ship the item.
