I lost my husband way too soon and created Paper Shay to be home with my girls.
I have always liked pretty things and I like to create and entertain. So it made sense to me to create beautiful original home decor and organizational pieces with a purpose.
I love to give gifts to the special people in my life and have always kept a gift closet just for that reason. Many of the items in my shop are what I have found over the years that people have enjoyed.
Please look around, I can monogram most everything. Please convo me an and I will do my best to make something special for you.

I just noticed an issue with my shipping address - can it be changed?
If you notice an issue with an address, please contact me as soon as possible with the corrections.
All orders will be sent to the address given on the order unless otherwise requested. Please ensure this address is accurate and complete as I will use it EXACTLY as given. I have no way to know if the address is correct, so please DOUBLE CHECK when completing the payment process. We process orders immediately--so ACT FAST
Do you except returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of personalized items. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping or I made a mistake on your order, please contact me immediately.
We want you to be super happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied in any way, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right!
Will printed colors look exactly like on my screen?
All monitors and devices display color differently, therefore on screen colors may vary from printed colors.
How do I add Personalization?
Please type your personalization into the text box on the listing page OR send us a message at Paper Shay text box on the cart screen. Above the personalization text field you will find the list of info we require to complete your order.
I will copy and paste your text directly from your order into the text portion of the design. So please double check it!! If a listing shows all caps or all lowercase for the name / text, your text will be printed in the same case - most of our designs use fonts that have either only upper or only lowercase letters.
If you have questions or concerns about the font or capitalizations please reach out.
Do you send Proofs prior to printing?
I only send proofs if requested, or if I feel I need your approval prior to printing due to an issue or need for clarification. Most orders do not require the proofing step and it allows me to get your order to you much faster!
How are my items packaged?
Paper Products
All are packaged in beautiful clear acrylic boxes or packaged in sealed cello sleeves--making perfect gifts for yourself or someone special!
Most of the other Products are wrapped in shipping paper for a safe trip to your destination.
