Behind every finished piece that you see in my store is hours, if not weeks, of careful experimentation with folds, cuts, and glazes that go into making sure that each product has reached its full potential.
Because many of my listings are made to order, every product I make is created in my own studio, one piece at a time, especially for you.

Care instructions
All paper items should be stored out of direct sunlight and moisture for best results.
Magnets can be wiped down with a damp cloth for cleaning. Do not let magnets collide against each other, as this can cause them to shatter.
Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Pillow cases can be machine washed cold and tumble dried cool. Do not bleach or iron.
Jewelry can be wiped down with a with a microfiber cloth.
Labels can be removed from jars with hot soapy water.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, send me a message to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
If the item arrived damaged, please provide photographs showing the extent of the damage. If the packaging was damaged, please hold on to it until your claim has been completed.
After receiving return details, ship your order back within 30 days of the original delivery in its original packaging. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued upon our receipt of the return in its original condition. Seasonal items or late returns may incur a restocking fee.
If an item is returned to us due to buyer error (incorrect address submitted, failure to collect from post office, etc), additional shipping charges may apply.
I need an item in time for an event—when should I order?
Standard shipping is through USPS First Class. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. If you need your item by a specific date, please let me know when you are ordering.
U.S. orders: Order at least 8-10 business days in advance. More time may be needed for very large orders.
International orders: Packages may be slowed down by customs at your country's border. For time sensitive items, we recommend ordering locally.
Please remember that while I will do everything I can to get your package to you in time, the post office does occasionally experience delays. We can only guarantee our ship dates, and not USPS's delivery estimates.
