The Paperspice shop sells the following items:
* Personalized printables for parties, showers, holidays and everyday. No editing is required, just include your details in the personalization box and in 1-2 business days (usually within 24 hours) you will receive a high resolution digital file ready to print. Just print, cut and assemble. Files can either be printed at home, at your local print copy shop or uploaded to an online print company.
* Instant download printables (non-editable) that you can download and print today.
* Digital cut files (SVG & DXF) for use by crafters with electronic cutting machines that you can download and cut today.
My name is Jill Fitzgerald and all the items in the shop are original designs created by me using my own illustrations. I am happy to work on custom orders, so if you would like me to design something special for you then please don't hesitate to contact me.

STUDIO HOURS

The Paperspice shop is in the United Kingdom and normal studio hours are Monday to Friday 9am -5pm BST. (BST is 6 hours ahead of EST) I am not usually able to work on orders or respond to emails outside these hours.
INVITATIONS, ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PERSONALIZED PRINTABLES

The turnaround time for invitation proofs and high resolution files for other personalized items is 1-2 business days. (Business days are Monday to Friday). Your invitation proof or high resolution file will be sent to the email address registered with your Etsy account unless requested otherwise.
CUSTOM DESIGNS

The turnaround time for custom design proof is 4-5 business days. You custom design proof will be sent to the email address registered with your Etsy account unless requested otherwise.
HOW TO ORDER AN INVITATION OR ANNOUNCEMENT CARD

* STEP 1
Purchase and then complete payment on the listing for the design that you have chosen. If you are new to Etsy then please take the time to read this helpful guide to buying on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/help/article/339
*STEP 2
Include your wording in the "Note to seller" box when you make you purchase. If you forget to include your wording when you make your purchase then please send it via Etsy conversations or email to jill [!at] paperspice.co.uk. If you have purchased a photo card, then please email your high resolution, uncropped photo, in JPEG format, to jill [!at] paperspice.co.uk.
*STEP 3
I prepare a proof of the card which I will email to you for approval. Please see the home page of my shop for current proof turnaround times http://www.etsy.com/shop/paperspice. (The proof turnaround time starts when payment has been completed on the listing AND I have received your wording and photos, if required. I cannot start work on your order before that time.)
*STEP 4
Let me know if you want to make any changes to the invitation or announcement and I will email you with a revised proof.
*STEP 5
When you are happy with the proof, I will email you with the high resolution file that you can use to print your cards. Cards can be printed either at home, at your local print/copy shop or at a photo finishers.
*STEP 6
I recommend that customers do a test print with the high resolution file (on the same printer that they intend to use to print the rest of their cards) to make sure that they are happy with everything before printing all of their cards. Please let me know if you have any problems.
