Gifting a hand crafted item is such a special gift! It is possible to order giftwrapping upon check out and include a personal note. You can even get the gift sent straight to the recipient if you aren't able to see them personally. I will make sure that the item you have ordered is packed beautifully and safely for travels. jewelry will come in a hard paper box accented with washi tape. Bigger orders will be packed accordingly in larger carton boxes and wrapped in giftwrapping paper.

Earrings are attached to a card and wrapped in paper.
Origami wall art or mobiles are wrapped and snuggled in tissue paper and usually in 2 boxes.

Store in a jewelry box, away from direct sunlight. Do not wear in water. Do not sleep with your origami jewelry and avoid contact with make up, sprays or perfumes.

A simple and handy rule to remember for your origami jewelry is "last thing on, first thing off."

To show off your origami earrings better, wear your hair up. This way you'd also avoid tangling.
When you wear your origami ring, please remove it before washing or sanitizing your hands!

Treat you unique piece of origami jewelry gently.

Be mindful wearing them around small children as they can pull them and break them. They will be crushed if stepped on.

Place your origami wall art piece in a dry environment. Avoid humid rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens.

To clean when needed use a soft brush and dust gently.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Avoid extreme temperatures.

Intended for indoor use only.

The origami mobiles are not intended as toys and should be kept out of reach of small children and pets.

The mobiles must be kept away from open sources of fire as well as wet and humid conditions.

All items (jewelry, home decor) in the shop are made with paper, unless otherwise stated in the description.

Every origami jewelry piece (earrings, rings, pendants) is coated with high gloss acrylic varnish as a base and sealed with resin. If a different way of varnishing has been used or no varnish at all, that will be mentioned in the product descriprion.

The fact that the origami jewelry is coated with varnish makes it splash/rain/humid resistent and sturdy. But I cannot guarantee that it's water resistent.

So please avoid jumping in water while wearing your favorite pair of Paperstuffstore origami earrings :) Your earrings will thank you for it and will be by your side much, much longer!

• Items are shipped either via PostNL, DPD or DHL.

• All international orders include a Track & Trace number.

• Orders within The Netherlands are usually shipped with PostNL (not always tracked). If you live in Groningen or the area you can pick up your order personally.

• For express 1-3 day (inter-) national delivery upgrade, please contact me before you order to discuss options and prices!

• Currently I only ship to a select number of countries due to long transit times. If you don't see your country in the list, please contact me and I will check what shipping to your country will cost.

I ship within 1-5 business days after payment (weekends and official holidays excluded from the 1-5 days). This does not apply to " Made-to-Order" items, see original item listing for specific time frames on MTO items.

Shipping time varies once dropped off at the post. The estimated shipping times shown with each listing are the times stated on the courier's website.

Typically shipping takes 3-10 days within Europe. Outside of the EU the average shipping time is 10-30 days. Due to unprecendented times, shipping can exceed these time frames. Unfortunately once the package has been dropped off it is out of my hands and I have no influence on the delivery time of your item. So please be understanding and patient!

Yes, I do accept returns ONLY if the items have NOT been worn, due to quality control and hygiene issues. I cannot resell earrings once they have been worn. Being a small business, I don't have the capacity to accept and process exchanges. Please look carefully at item pictures and descriptions, and ask all questions before purchasing.

Please note that if a package is returned to the courier depot because the courier was unable to make the delivery it is the customers responsibility to communicate with the courier to re-deliver or pick up their package. If the customer fails to arrange a redelivery or pick up of their package and it is returned back to me, the customer will need to pay postage costs again for me to resend the parcel.
