    Welcome to Paper Sushi! I can't wait to work with you! Paper Sushi started with a love of packaging and a little idea and has grown into the most amazing way for me to make my way through the world, every day. I get to be creative, spend time in my little studio and think about pretty packaging and lovely weddings all day long!

    I carry a range of ready to ship stamps for every occasion, inks and packaging bits and am here to serve your custom needs as well! In addition to custom stamps, I also do digital work including logos, print work including business cards and wedding stationery and am expanding into a range of other lovely items for your home and self!

    My rubber stamps, acrylic toppers and tags and wood magnets are all cut and engraved right here in the Paper Sushi studio!

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    I want you to love your Paper Sushi order and will absolutely work with you to ensure that you do. I am happy to accept returns and exchanges on ready to ship products, initiated within 7 days of receipt. Returned and exchanged items must be in the condition received. Shipping and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, I will ship the second item to you at my expense.

    For custom products, a full refund is available before design work has begun. A 75% refund will be offered in the event that a typeset proof has been provided. A 50% refund will be offered in the event that a proof has been lettered before cancellation is requested. A 25% refund will be offered in the event that a custom product is produced before cancellation is requested.

    Orders that have been in process for longer than 10 days will be refunded with shop credit only.

    Paper Sushi stands behind every product I produce. In the rare event that you receive a faulty product from me, I will replace it immediately.
    Payment
    I currently accept PayPal payments, credit cards and bank transfers within the EU.
    Shipping
    I ship worldwide via First Class Mail through the US Postal Service. For expedited shipping, please select Priority Mail or Express Mail options once you've added the item to your cart. Please note the shipping method affects the delivery time, but not the production time.

    For International delivery, please note that customers are responsible for any and all customs and import charges and taxes on their purchases.

    Please note that Paper Sushi designs are created for personal use, unless otherwise specified. Custom orders with my designs are licensed for commercial use. My Ready to Ship stamp designs are licensed for your promotional business use, on shop packaging and communications but not licensed for commercial business use on items offered for sale. Thank you kindly for respecting my designs.

    Custom orders with your designs are licensed for any use of your choice. Please note that your designs must be your own, or purchased with rights by you. Thank you kindly for respecting the work of all artists!

    Spelling and informational errors will be corrected and a new proof provided within a week. If you would like to see your design or hand lettering reworked, please note that you will need to purchase a new proof. The beauty of a hand lettered piece is in the unique quality of work done by hand - no two pieces are identical and that elevates the work above that achieved with computer fonts. Please expect that your lovely hand lettered piece will be unique and while done in my style, is not likely to be an exact match to any other piece.
