Hello! My name is SJ, I am the creator and designer behind Papette Boutique.

All cards for sale in my store are designed and made by myself. Every card is made with a great deal of love and care, however the hand-made nature of these products means there may be slight variations to the one you see photographed. These small variants are what makes each card unique and special, but you can rest assured the same amount of love and care goes into every single product.

Payment
Papette Boutique accepts credit card payments, PayPal or bank transfer.

PayPal & credit card payments - are the quickest and easiest way to pay for your purchase, as the money is transferred instantly and I can send your products out to you right away.

Bank Transfers - take a couple of days to clear, so please keep this in mind when placing an order. Your items will be processed and posted to you, once the funds have cleared. The 'routing number' is my Australian BSB number.
Shipping
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and sent via Australia Post, regular mail. General guide to delivery times are as follows:
Within Australia: 1-4 business days (regular post)
International parcels: 4-10 business days (air mail)

Please note I cannot guarantee delivery times. In my experience parcels sent within Australia arrive within 2 working days, but sometimes it can take longer and I have no control over this.

If you would like your parcel sent via express post or registered post, please let me know before processing your payment so I may adjust your invoice.

As parcels are sent via regular post there is no tracking number. Lost parcels cannot be replaced. If you would like to add tracking to your purchase for $3, please let me know and I can set up a custom listing. Items with tracking (sent via registered post) will be replaced if lost.
Refunds and Exchanges
Papette Boutique is fully committed to providing the highest quality paper goods and stand behind everything we design and create. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item/s.

If you would like an exchange or refund, your items must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Papette Boutique is not responsible for items lost by Australia Post and will unfortunately not be able to provide refunds for lost order. If you have not received your order, please contact us.
