Return policy

Each jewellery piece is hand made to order and may vary slightly to the original image shown. Please note that we are unable to accept any refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our products for change of mind. If you find that your jewellery has a manufacturing fault within 30 days, we will assess your case for a possible repair or exchange. An email must be sent with your order information, along with a photo and description of the fault. Please note you are responsible for postage and we don’t refund delivery charges.

Shipping policy

Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, please note that each jewellery piece is handmade to order in limited quantities. Our production lead time is 2 - 5 days of receiving your order. All items are shipped by Australia Post Registered Mail from our Sydney studio with a delivery time estimate of 3-5 business days. If you would like your order to be shipped by Express Post, please purchase an additional Express Post fee in here

If your item is required urgently, please email us. Pappus Jewellery will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by shipping provider. To avoid any disappointments in delays, please allow for extra time when placing an order.

International orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard Mail with a delivery time estimate of 7 - 21 business days. Delays are expected during Covid-19. Please get in touch with us if you need your order to be shipped using Express Post. Pappus Jewellery will not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by shipping provider. To avoid any disappointments in delays, please allow for extra time when placing an order.
