▶️If your item/s lost in the post, please rest assure that you will receive a full refund.
▶️Please send me a convo if you ever have any problem with your item/s or the service that I provide, I will be more than happy to handle this in most friendliest and efficient way possible. I believe majority of the issues can be easily solved through a friendly, understanding, caring communication.
▶️FEEDBACK: I am an ordinary friendly guy, most of most a fellow human being like yourself. Despite all the cares and attention that I take in making my products and shipping them in timely manner, still problems may arise from the time to time. However, I will be always ready to provide all the necessary help and assistance to resolve any issue that you may have experience with your order/transaction. Your positive experience with your order from my shop is extremely important to me, not only because for the sake of a positive feedback! I truly love and enjoy what I do and it is a privilege for me to know that you like your order and happy with it. As I make each item by hand, there is always some sort of a spiritual connection between me and that item. Somehow if I can touch your hearth through my creations, that will mean the World to me.
If you love handmade and appreciate the value of an item made by and artist, craftsman rather then a mass produced item, I would kindly ask your support taking a little time by leaving a feedback once you get your item in a satisfactory condition and happy with it.

Payment
When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient doesn't see your credit card or bank account information
Before you send a payment using PayPal:

▶️Make sure that the seller accepts PayPal as a payment method.
▶️Make sure that your PayPal email address is correct.

▶️I would appreciate it if you could make the payment as soon as possible after your purchase.
▶️If you ever change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please send me a convo as soon as possible after the purchase so I can start the cancellation process for you.
Shipping

*Delivery aims to Western Europe 3–5 working days
*Delivery aims to Rest of World 5-7 working days
NOTE:If you wish to upgrade the shipping to an expedited service please send me a convo, although please bear in mind that this option relatively can be expensive.
▶️Please take into consideration that above delivery times are only estimated, and occasionally these may take longer due to postal strikes, custom regulations, extreme weather conditions and holiday seasons such as Christmas, bank holidays, etc.
▶️The post service that I use usually pretty fast and reliable, and most of the times items get delivered within a good time frame, although please appreciate that I have no control over the postal services and these may be vary. If your item takes longer than normal to be delivered, please first to check it with your local post office or depot to see if they have any information about your parcel. I would appreciate it if you could also leave another while for the delivery if your item delayed in the post. Please rest assure that in the case if your item not delivered or lost in the post, you will receive a full refund.
▶️You will most likely need a signature at the delivery, if no one present at during delivery attempt, item probably will be taking back to the local post office or depot for collection. Usually a delivery attempt/collection notice should be left for you. Post offices will only keep the items for a certain time for collection, so if you fail to collect your item on time then the item will be returned to the sender/to me. If I receive any item in the post due to not claimed or incorrect delivery address, I will first contact you and explain the situation. If you wish me to resend the item, I will need to re-charge you the shipping and handling fees again as the item was returned out of my control.
▶️International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

▶️I design and create each product individually in my studio in the UK.
▶️If you can't find what your were looking in my shop, please contact me the possibility of a custom order. Hopefully I will be able to accommodate you.
