I needed to cancel a picture item before it was shipped. The money for the item was taken out of my account. I sent several "conversation emails" to Laura though Etsy (contacting the shop) and she never responded. The money is still out of my account and still no word from Laura. It has been a week. This type of behavior is not acceptable. I have ordered many times from other shops in ETSY and never had this type of problem. I even informed Laura that I would write a bad review but she still did not respond.

In a nutshell, since college I have done the "heels and hose" routine, freelanced and now, finally, I'm totally on my own.
My photographs are all original and I only sell one of each so you will have an original that you will not see anywhere else, including my shop after the sale.
