Do phone cases cover top and bottom of phone?

No, top and bottom are left open. Just Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge case covers top and bottom, due to edge feature of the phone.

I ordered wrong phone case model or person I bought it for doesn't like it.

Please understand that I am unable to accept returns in these cases, as each phone case is made to order. I advise to check model first before ordering. As for unwanted gifts, just be nice and accept what you get :)
