Due to the antique and vintage nature of these items there are no returns.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us, we want to ensure your absolute satisfaction.

Payment
Payment is expected at time of purchase. We accept Paypal and Money Orders.
Shipping
We ship most of our items through the United States Postal Service.
Domestic Shipping: We use Priority or First Class Mail.
International Shipping: We ship Global Priority, Express or First Class Mail. We suggest First Class mail.
Domestic Shipping For larger bulkier items: We use FedEx or UPS.
Delivery confirmation is a must for items over $100.00.
Shipping, Insurance delivery and signature confirmation is paid for by the buyer. Insurance is reccomended on purchases over $100.00
*International Buyers*: Shipping will be configured through communication after item purchase.
Item ( s ) that are damaged en route are not Paris Atelier's responsibility. This concern should be dealt with (by the purchaser) via USPS or any carrier used.
Items/packages lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail or in transit are not the responsibility of Paris Atelier. Please be advised.
