Please order early during the holiday season. We do tend to get very busy. Last day to order for Christmas delivery will be December 15th. The post office is running behind with shipping and delivery. Shipping to foreign countries may take 5-7 days at a minimum. We are not responsible for postal delays and losses.
Please leave neck measurement, breed and bow length in the comment section when ordering dog collars and bow ties. If this is not done, it will hold up your shipment. If you don' t respond to our emails your order will be canceled and you will need to reorder the product.
