For all of my lovely boutique visitors, I announce Private Sales to my blog followers. If you'd like to stay in-the-know and get the best deals in my shop, please follow my blog at

Merci cherie for visting my boutique. Each customer is personal to me and I view each purchase as a way to gain life long customers. All sales are final, though I aim to please and earn repeat loyal customers. I take great pride in customer service. I welcome you to notify me of any questions or concerns before or after the purchase is made.

Payment is due within 3 days of your purchase. Your items will be mailed as soon as payment is received and/or your check has cleared.
Any special requests will be attempted to be met (ie insurance, expedited shipping etc.) Your items will be mailed as soon as payment is cleared. If you have requested a custom order I will communicate with you regarding the time of shipping. If you require expedited shipping, please convo me.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to inquire and purchase insurance on their item. Unfortunately, I can not be repsonsible for items damaged through shipping. If you have any concerns at all, please convo me to include insurance on your order. I will update you with a new shipping price. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. You may however exchange jewelry and hats that has not been worn. You may choose to exchange an item within 7 days of purchase if it does not suit your needs for whatever reason once received. You will be obligated to pay for the shipping of the exchanged item and it's replacement. Again, I view stellar customer service as very important and aim to be professional and fair. Custom orders may not be exchanged.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will offer a 10% discount if you are requesting multiple pieces of 6 or more on jewelry and hat orders. (bridal parties or party favors, etc). For stationary and other items, I will offer a discount after 25 pieces or more.I strive for customer satisfaction and always welcome communication and positive criticism.
