5 out of 5 starsWhat a memory evoking read. I can't believe the difference between my daughters after school time and my endless non adult afternoons! So refreshing to hear from others of the collective latchkey experience, not alone even when we were at home.

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely loved this collection of wise, funny, and moving tales of GenX youth, and I even bought an extra copy for a fellow feral-childhood friend. Saltines & ginger ale 4eva!

5 out of 5 starsSo sweet. Super important. Paper is a little thin, will only use colored pencil.

5 out of 5 starsLatchkey Township is a fun and unusual collection of personal accounts. I felt an instant connection to my fellow Gen Xers and our shared experiences of being home alone after school. The stories, as well as the photos, are little gems!

5 out of 5 starsThis book is so precious. It is filled to the brim with Jacinta’s gorgeous art, her singular artistic sensibility, and a collection of voices / accounts / reflections that together create a vivid and memorable world. Beautifully crafted and curated, the book becomes a special lens, a secret window (left open in case of key loss?) into the uniquely visceral and powerful experiences of these kids. I feel such gratitude that they are together in this colorful, warm and connected place. My kid wants to be there too, eating Saltines with grape jam and flipping to a different row on the cable box.
