About PartyArtCommunity
I'm crafty and a DIY type
I have always preferred to work with my hands creating something than pushing paper. I've also always been a self-starter and had an entrepreneurial spirit. In fact, I've tried my hand at many different business ventures.
Party Art Community was created because I had a need, but couldn't find a relatively inexpensive option. In 2016, I had a wonderful destination wedding in Greece. I wanted to mail all my guests a little surprise package a week before the trip. I thought this would get them excited and give them a few more details about the upcoming events. But I couldn't find any sort of travel gift favor. Something unisex, and wasn't too cheesy... And then, Party Art Community was born. We create designs that people will actually like and realistically use. :)

Returns and exchange details
We do not accept any returns for customized orders at all - no exceptions. However, if the items are not custom and a normal listing we sell, contact us for refund or exchange options. Items must be in unused, new condition. Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.

In addition to shipping you may be charged taxes and fees by your local customs authorities. Please inquire locally how much the extra cost will be.
If you refuse to pay the extra taxes and fees and a package is returned to me, all shipping charges are non refundable. USPS is charging US senders return postage for undeliverable packages. This will be withheld from your refund in the event that you refuse to pay VAT and/or customs fees charged by your country.
{EU RESIDENTS}
PLEASE BE ADVISED:
Etsy shows the text "VAT included (where applicable)" under the price of all items that ship to the EU. That is a general blanket statement which only applies to EU sellers who are VAT registered.
I live in the USA, I am not VAT registered, no VAT is included in the price for any of my products. VAT/customs/duty charged by your country are the *BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY*. You will have to pay VAT and additional charges upon receipt of your purchase.
Please message us if you need an order expedited and we will do our best to accommodate, but normally expedited is an extra fee. Paper Art Scissors is not responsible for damage, loss or delay once it is in the care of a delivery service.
Additional policies and FAQs
Stamped bags are bags that are stamped with the same size stamp, no matter the size of the bag. This option is a great and affordable option.
Printed bags are bags that are printed on via sublimation. This option is usually a little more costly but creates bold colorful designs and infinite customization options.
Will the design peel off?
We use HTV and sublimation printing for all our design transfers. No mess and the bags are long lasting!
You are taking too long to reply to my message. What are you doing?
I am usually busy trying to fulfill all your custom orders during the day. Messages are responded to as quickly as possible. Business days are Monday-Friday. I try my best to respond to message quickly, but high message volume, responds may be delayed. Please allow 24 hours for responses.
*** Custom Orders ***: All text provided from the customer for custom orders is the customers' responsibility. Please make sure your text is exactly spelled out how you'd like it. We are not responsible for any orders that are misspelled or grammatically incorrect due to customer error.
My item took weeks to arrive! Why is this?
Please see individual listings for current processing time. Business days are Monday-Friday. Each item is personalized and made to order by me. Custom orders and larger orders (qty above 50) will take longer than regular processing time. Please see our rush service purchase option. I have a rush processing option available where you can bump up your order on the production line for an additional fee. Message me for details and availability.
Tracking states my order was delivered but I do not have it. Where is it?
Once the item is marked delivered there is very little I am able to do on my end. Contact your local post office with your tracking number and they will assist you in tracking your package. They will also be able to help you in filing a claim if your package was lost/stolen. As a courtesy, I will remake your items at a 50% discount.
The bags look a little different. Why aren't they exactly the same?
Bags are hand made drawstring pouches in an off white color/natural color made from unbleached muslin, with a double knotted cord. Because the bags are handmade, they can be slightly off and is out of our control.
Do you accept refunds/return on custom orders?
All items in this shop are custom and made to order. Due to the nature of the items sold, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will only be given if an item is defective or incorrect and are handled on a case by case basis.

Can you do custom designs or use a design/logo I have?
Yupe! We definitely can. Just send us a message with the design you were thinking of. With our heat transfer vinyl, we are able to cut out almost anything. :)
