    At partystarking we love parties!

    I am the eldest of four sisters and when we were growing up our mum always made a big effort to make our birthday celebrations extra special. The birthday cake was greatly anticipated, every year mum would come up with a different themed cake, to reflect our current interests and obsessions.

    Naturally when I had children of my own I wanted to continue these traditions to make them feel unique and loved on their own special day each year. The party themes keep on getting more elaborate, I can’t help but throw myself into it! As was my mum, I am guided by my children’s latest interests and obsessions. They never fail to inspire me!

    I hope that children (and parents) around the world get as much enjoyment out of our party themes as my kids and I do.

    How many copies of digital files can I print?

    Print as many copies as you need for your personal use.
    Please note: All partystarking printable files are for personal / non-commercial use only and are protected by copyright. You may not share, sell, distribute or forward the files (other than for your personal printing requirements) or sell the finished products.

    Can I take printable files to my local print shop?

    Yes, or print at home on your laser or inkjet printer.

    Can I edit party details myself in the PDF?

    Yes, many partystarking printable files can be edited by you to include your personal details. Instructions are included with all printables. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be used to edit/print the PDF files, download it free here: http://adobe.com/reader

    What paper should I print on?

    • For most printables I recommend using good quality thicker paper, or card stock.
    • Wonka Bar wrappers, it depends on your printer type:
    –Laser printer: regular printer/copier paper is usually fine
    –Inkjet printer: use gloss or coated inkjet paper
    • Golden Tickets can be printed on gold vellum paper or gold metallic/pearlized paper – just check the paper is suitable for your printer type.

    Can you print my order for me?

    It is possible to order some items printed e.g. invitations. If you would like me to print something else I offer as a printable and you can't see a printed option – contact me and I may be able to give you a quote for printing.

    My order is urgent, can I get it quicker?

    • If ordering custom/printed items e.g. invitations and you need them urgently, please let me know and check the shipping options when ordering: for some items it's possible to upgrade shipping at checkout.
    • Printable files are available for instant download as soon as you complete checkout :)

    Can I upgrade my printable purchase to a party kit?

    Yes – if you have purchased a printable item, check the instructions file in the download for a discount coupon code & link to upgrade to a complete party kit – or send me a message and I will give you a coupon code.

    Can I have party kit items in a different color or size?

    If you buy one of my printable party kits I'm more than happy to send some elements in a different color/size or make small adjustments to files for you, at no extra cost, just contact me with details of what you need...
    (Please note: if you ask for big changes I may need to charge a small fee to cover my time.)

    Returns & exchange details

    I hope you will be delighted with your order from partystarking!
    • Digital/printable items are non-refundable once files have been downloaded. If you have any problems following the included instructions or need to make adjustments to files, please contact me for advice.
    • Custom-made/printed orders are non-refundable. I will send images to approve to ensure items are made to your requirements. However, if you are not completely happy please contact me and I will attempt to rectify any issues where possible.
    • Stock items are eligible for a refund of the item cost in the event you change your mind within 14 days from receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for postage costs and return postage.
