If you choose to pay via Paypal, please note that you DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay for your purchase. Paypal accepts credit and debit cards.

You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign for a PayPal account.

Please note that your transaction is not complete until you have gone to the PayPal website to pay for your purchase.

I am located in the State of Indiana, and it is required that I charge Indiana residents sales tax on their purchase and shipping cost. Also, I am required to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Indiana.

Expedited Shipping and Rush Orders
At this time, I do NOT accept rush orders or expedite shipping.

Once I complete and ship items, they are put in the hands of the United States Postal Service. The United States Postal Service (USPS) is an independent federal agency responsible for providing Postal Service for the United States. In 2014, USPS processed over 155 billion pieces of mail. "The United States Postal Service delivers more mail to more addresses in a larger geographical area than any other post in the world. The Postal Service delivers to more than 154 million addresses in every state, city and town in the country." (information taken from USPS website) With so much mail being processed, they are bound to lose, damage, misroute or delay packages.

Please resolve all postal issues with USPS. You may contact USPS via e-mail - https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm, or by phone - 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).

I do not accept returns, give full or partial refunds, nor shipping reimbursements for lost, damaged, misrouted or delayed packages, due to the mishandling by the United States Postal Service (USPS®).

Items are generally shipped in a plastic sealed bag and placed in a shipping box to protect the item(s) from weather and crushing.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to mishandling by USPS, please call USPS® Customer Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Please be sure to have your tracking number available when you call.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Package International Service, which delivers within approximately 4 - 5 weeks, NOT including Sundays, holidays or bad weather conditions. This is an ESTIMATED time frame from the Post Office, only if there are NO delays with customs. I will send a shipping notification e-mail when your order has shipped.

Please order at least 3 months before your event date. Shipping can take weeks to get to your destination if there are any delays in customs. This does not happen often, but it can happen. If the date of your party is less than three months in advance, then I reserve the right to cancel your order and process a full refund. I apologize for any inconvenience.

International Taxes and Duties:
All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not mark international orders as "gift", and I do not undervalue the contents of the package on the customs form as that is against the law.

Lost or Damaged Package
If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to mishandling by USPS, please contact USPS Customer Service at 1 800 ASK USPS. Please have your Customs Label Number (for example: LZ 000 000 000 US) available when you call.

PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please note that your package will only be shipped to the Confirmed Address in your PayPal account. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure there is a correct and up-to-date address in their PayPal account.

I cannot ship to a different address than what is listed in your PayPal account. In keeping with PayPal's policy, I will then have to cancel the order and refund your money, and the buyer will need to resubmit the payment with the new shipping address.

I do not offer local pick up or in person delivery.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON PAYPAL has to be the same as your shipping address listing on ETSY. If they do not match up, I will ship to your Etsy address. If you select PayPal as your payment type, your address needs to be a Confirmed Address on PayPal. ETSY'S SHIPPING ADDRESS

I only ship to the address listed in Etsy. I cannot ship to a different address, as it violates the terms of Etsy. If you e-mail the shop via Etsy Convo notifying me of an incorrect address, I will have to cancel your order and you will need to update the address in Etsy then resubmit your order. Your Etsy account address is what is printed onto the shipping label. Please note: Refunds will not be given for returned and/or lost packages due to buyer's Etsy account having incorrect shipping information.

If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address in your Etsy account and you would like the package resent to you, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship your order.

Sometimes errors are made when entering shipping addresses on Etsy. The USPS alerts me if an address is non-deliverable. If this should occur, I will send you an ETSY conversation message, to inquire about any possible errors in the address you listed during checkout. If I do not receive a response about non-deliverable addresses within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded, as I cannot ship to addresses that are non-deliverable.

If you have additional questions, please e-mail me via Etsy Conversation and I will respond as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Party Tyme Shop takes great pride and detail in the items that are created in the shop, so I am certain that you will enjoy your purchase.

Your order cannot be changed after it has been submitted and paid, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing with any customization requests and questions.

Custom and personalized items are not refundable.

COLORS/MONITOR SETTINGS:
The color(s) are given for all items listed in the shop. Due to individual monitor settings, the colors of the items on your screen may not agree with the actual color of the items received. All items are photographed in natural lighting. Refunds and returns are not accepted because of color discrepancies with computer monitors.

All items in the shop are created in their standard size. The size of items are given in all listings in the shop. If you would like an item to be larger or smaller, please contact the shop via Etsy conversation with your customization request PRIOR to purchasing. So, I can create a custom order listing for you. Refunds and returns are not accepted, if you don't like the size once you receive the item.

Made to Order means I make the orders as I receive them.

PARTY DATE:
A party date MUST be provided with your order, as that is how I schedule my orders to ensure they arrive on time. I work in priority of date of event NOT from date ordered. If no party date is given, I will send one Etsy convo and one email message to you to obtain the party date. If a date is not provided within 24 hours, your order WILL be cancelled. Without a date, I have no way of knowing when the event is taking place, so that I can make sure an order will arrive on time.

Customization:
I would love to customize an order for you. Most of my items can be modified in SIZE or COLOR. If you would like to change the size or color of an item, please send me a Etsy Convo with your request.

Before making a purchase from Party Tyme Shop, please make sure that you:

1. Have read the item description and shop policies
2. Submit appropriate payment for item(s) purchased; and
3. Have provided accurate shipping information to the shop.

•WARNING! Our handmade party items and supplies are not toys and should not be utilized as such. They are for decor purposes only. Parental supervision is necessary for small children under the age of 5 that are using our products as they contain small parts which may become dangerous and pose a choking or health hazard if item or supply is disassembled. Party Tyme Shop will not be held responsible for injuries sustained.

All handmade party items and supplies are created and stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Although they are handmade with quality, since they are assembled with small and delicate objects, they will not withhold strong pulls on parts, bending, or being crushed. Since some items or part of items are constructed with foam, ribbon, cardstock, or paper type material, these items are not waterproof, weatherproof or oil resistant, so they won't hold up to water nor withstand grease including that from icings, or any other type of grease element. If inserting cake and cupcake topper handles or sticks into icing, be sure that foam, ribbon, cardstock, or paper material does not touch icing as the grease will create oil stains on the paper. In addition, we will not be held responsible for party items and supplies that are damaged as a result of weather, water, grease/oil, rough treatment or pose a danger to users because of this disassembly.
