I just received the new copy, and it's gorgeous. Thank you! I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Merle really went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my print, and I'm really happy with the results. :)

I grew up in the country with my identical twin sister, younger sister and all kinds of animals. Our parents taught us how to make everything we needed from the functional to the whimsical by following the traditions of our ancestors. The first art I made was from materials my family had saved or found and made new again. My Dad gave me his 1969 manual Pentax Film camera when I was a teenager and figuring out how to use it opened a mystical portal to another world of endless possibilities for me. Art of all kinds is magic to me because it provides an escape and a way to create my own reality. Fairy Tales, Folklore, History and the Pre-Raphaelite Arts are the big themes in my work. After working with Artifacts in Museums, I now create my own work inspired by my love of handmade pieces that hold deep significance for the people who create and cherish them.

I like to work in several art mediums to keep from getting burned out. I focus on photography, self-portrait photography, printmaking, painting, art dolls and fine beadwork jewelry. I'm mostly self taught and enjoy figuring how things work on my own though this is usually a long and trying process!

I love antiques and vintage clothing which I use to fashion the costumes and environments where the different characters I create can come alive. I live in an 100 plus year old home with my dear family of 4 rescued black cats that I brought home as feral kittens(Pascal, Tobias, Bijou and Glastonbury). I love history, storytelling, naps and the colour turquoise!

Additional policies and FAQs
*Shipping and Printing Info:
For each order I visit my friend's Art Gallery and Print shop so he can print each one on an Epsom 7300 Printer with archival inks and papers. This means that we match colour, tone, contrast and texture individually and that I am able to make sure each piece comes out as I intend it to. I like to support the LOCAL Business in my Village and this is part of the cost and care included in each order. It is also the reason that your order can take one to two weeks to be printed and mailed.
I individually wrap and personalized each piece and ship it through through the US Postal Service. If you have any special shipping requests please contact me. I don't accept returns or exchanges, but if you have any problems please convo me I will gladly help to resolve any issues!
